It's a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money! ✨ Accommodation Highlights: Spacious and comfortable beds: We stayed in a 'Deluxe King Room.' The room was bright and spacious, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring we got a full night's rest after a day of exploring. Clean and well-maintained environment: The hotel's overall hygiene was excellent. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom facilities were new with strong water pressure, making for a very pleasant stay. High value for money: To find such a high-quality hotel at such an affordable price in a popular resort destination like Pattaya is truly exceptional value. Plus, we earned extra Trip Coins by booking on the platform, which was a nice bonus! ⚠️ Things to note: Transportation: The hotel is quietly located away from the hustle and bustle. If you plan to visit the main beach promenade or large shopping malls, it's more convenient to use Grab taxi services or rent a scooter. "Khun Gam at the reception provided beyond expectations services starting from greeting through asking if we needed any services to keep our stay memorable. Breakfast was great. The room was deep cleaned to ensure that I would not had health issue as I am allergic to duck feather. The food was great too."

"It's been a while since I got back, and I just realized I hadn't left a review. I hope this can be helpful to my fellow Chinese travelers. I feel like the frontline staff here have very limited authority. For example, our hotel in Bangkok was able to upgrade us or arrange our preferred room type (like a corner room), but this hotel couldn't. (My preference is a corner room, and when that wasn't possible, I asked if they could at least offer complimentary breakfast, but the lady said she didn't have the authority.) You can definitely feel their warmth, but at the same time, it's clear the junior staff have very little power. Also, I found their internet quite bad. It kept buffering when I was trying to watch 'Sisters Who Make Waves' live. I'm not sure if it was because it was a domestic live stream, but other operations worked fine, only the live stream was an issue. However, the front desk manager's swift and excellent solution after learning about the problem was commendable. And their concierge staff, especially Max, who delivered our takeout, was incredibly polite (I gave him tips twice because of his great attitude, haha). Also, Tui, the guy serving omelets at breakfast the next day, was very polite and always had a smile on his face. Overall, I think their service attitude across the board is pretty good. It would be even better if management gave more authority to the lower-level staff. The hotel's decor is lovely, with a complete oceanic theme. However, they don't have smart furnishings – no smart toilets or smart curtains. Also, if you need toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., you have to request them, as they're not provided in the room. This is because the hotel emphasizes environmental protection, so you can tell pretty much everything is eco-friendly. One thing about their staff that left a deep impression on me is that they take off their shoes when entering a guest's room. I've stayed in many hotels in China, as well as Singapore and Malaysia, but this is the first time I've encountered a hotel where staff remove their shoes when entering a guest's room. You can really feel their respect for you! That made such a good impression!!!! On the day of checkout, another young man was also very polite. I was sitting there waiting for my ride, and he asked if I wanted anything to drink. He even helped me ask the delivery driver in Thai how many minutes until my food arrived. Very warm and thoughtful. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious too!!! Summary: If you prioritize cleanliness, environment, and warm service, this hotel is a great fit. But if you value smart furnishings or free upgrades, you might find it lacking. Personally, I still think it was a very good experience. "I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you. Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?! Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty. The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work. The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby."
