ipreawWe stayed in room 502, a three-bedroom suite with a central swimming pool. There's also a large red pool right in front of the room. It sleeps 6 people, with an additional 2 allowed, totaling 8 people. There's a bathtub in the room.
Complimentary amenities provided by the hotel included 6 macarons, 1 Happy Birthday cake, 6 glasses of punch, an excellent minibar, and a baby cot. We even got extra drinking water upon request before checking out, which was great, but you need to inform the hotel beforehand.
Booking through Trip.com allowed for a very late check-out. We checked in at 3 PM and checked out at 3 PM, which was fantastic.
**Atmosphere**: Lots of trees, very refreshing.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold.
**Hotel Location**: Right by the road.
**Breakfast**: Served in a large room, delicious, with plenty of food options and a neutral taste.
**Service**: Absolutely excellent! All staff members were polite from check-in to check-out. The driver service was always available and very helpful. I highly commend them!
**Activities**: There are many large swimming pools, including a saltwater pool. The activities were great, and the kids had so much fun and were very happy. The staff were helpful in finding things for them. There are bicycles to ride, a Sen Onsen, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Guest UserThe sea-view room was fantastic! The room felt super spacious, and the service was excellent!
The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning panoramic views of Pattaya and is an incredible spot to watch the sunset!
All the appliances you could need are there: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and a large fridge!
Right outside the door, you'll find a lively street food area! Turn right from the main entrance, and you'll have easy access to massage parlors, bars, 7-Eleven, and a variety of other shops.
Absolutely fantastic, top-notch, truly superb!

Guest UserExcellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like!
The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut.
Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day!
The staff are very polite and friendly!
The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

三樹The hotel has a new wing and an old wing. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very considerate. The balcony pool view is superb, and there's free parking and two swimming pools. It's a bit more relaxed than the city center, but attractions are close to the beach. The value for money is unbeatable, especially with breakfast included!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

Guest UserService was quite good, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The room was spacious. The location is excellent, right at the end of Pattaya Beach, making beach access very convenient. Would recommend it to everyone!

Anonymous UserMy stay at Bay Beach Resort was overall okay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The rooms were a bit dusty, which made them feel less clean than expected. Breakfast was average nothing particularly special but the restaurant itself was actually quite good for other meals.
One of the main challenges was the language barrier. I had difficulty understanding the front desk staff, and when I tried to request a few things, the miscommunication made the interaction come across as a bit rude and dismissive, even if that may not have been the intention.
I was also surprised to be charged a cleaning fee because some hair dye got onto a towel this is the first time I’ve experienced something like that at a hotel. Additionally, I asked for omelettes at breakfast and was told they weren’t available, yet I later saw another guest being served multiple omelettes, which was confusing and a bit frustrating.
Overall, the stay was just okay. There are some positives, like the restaurant, but improvements in cleanliness, communication, and consistency in service would make a big difference.

HsuPI recently stayed in an Executive Suite Ocean View room at D Varee Jomtien Hotel. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities which made the stay comfortable and convenient.
The room itself was a bit dated and there was a slight moldy smell when I first entered. Another downside was the prolonged waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy periods.
On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide selection of food, catering to different tastes and everything was fresh and delicious.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious room, great amenities and excellent breakfast. With some refurbishment and improvements to the elevator service, the experience would be even better.

SamenxuThe front desk service was excellent, and the location was fantastic – right in the city center, across from a huge supermarket. It's only a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can catch a songthaew by the beach to Walking Street, which also takes about ten minutes. The Airplane Plaza night market is just a five-minute songthaew ride away. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
