"Pattaya is beautiful, and I booked this hotel based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu users. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Pattaya Beach. The stroll from the hotel to the beach is also very scenic. The price was quite cheap too. However, the hotel doesn't provide toiletries, and you're not allowed to bring outside food back to the room. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven nearby where you can buy any toiletries you need. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service."

"Excellent hotel, excellent room for the price. Our room had something like a mini-kitchen with a kettle and microwave, and a large fridge. We didn't use it, but for those coming with family for a longer stay, it's a super option. The room was spacious and everything worked. We only spent 2 nights here, but even in that short time, the room was cleaned. If I have the opportunity to come back next time, I'll definitely use this hotel again."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. It's next to Macro, the Northern Bus Terminal, and Terminal 21. It's easy to get to all the attractions from here. "We stayed here in July 2026. The location is super, but there's currently construction happening right next door for a large hotel. While the noise wasn't too bad, construction dust was an issue. We had a car and parked it in the garage, but every morning it was covered in dust. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but quite small; we would have preferred something bigger. Also, there was no kettle, no glasses, and no cups. The pool was a letdown. While most pools smell of chlorine, this one had an odd, vinegary smell, like some kind of chemical agent was present. We didn't swim in it for the last two days of our stay."

"I would like to share my experience, focusing primarily on the customer service. While the room itself was acceptable and the facilities were reasonable for the price—despite the lack of a Smart TV—the check-in process at reception was completely unacceptable. The staff member was unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. While they seemed pleasant with other guests, their attitude shifted completely when it was my turn. I felt a clear sense of discrimination, perhaps due to my nationality or passport. Even though I asked simple questions, they responded with visible impatience. What they might not have realized is that I also work in the hotel industry here in Thailand, holding a senior position in the Front Office. I am fluent in Thai and understand the culture well. Choosing to check in using English shouldn't result in such a cold and dismissive attitude. It was a highly unprofessional encounter that has left a very bad impression. I don't know how this hotel manages its service standards or what actions will be taken, but I will certainly not be returning. ผมขออนุญาตแชร์ประสบการณ์การเข้าพัก โดยเน้นไปที่การบริการลูกค้าครับ ในส่วนของห้องพักถือว่าโอเคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสมกับราคา แม้จะไม่มี Smart TV แต่สิ่งที่ยอมรับไม่ได้เลยคือการบริการตอน Check-in ของพนักงานต้อนรับครับ พนักงานไม่มีความยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเลย ในขณะที่เขาบริการลูกค้าคนอื่นด้วยท่าทีที่ดี แต่พอถึงคิวของผม ท่าทีกลับเปลี่ยนไปอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ผมรู้สึกถึงการเลือกปฏิบัติ ซึ่งอาจจะมาจากสัญชาติในพาสปอร์ตของผม พนักงานแสดงอาการไม่เต็มใจตอบคำถามและไม่มีความอดทน สิ่งที่พนักงานอาจไม่ทราบคือ ผมเองก็ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรมในประเทศไทยเช่นกัน และดำรงตำแหน่งระดับบริหารในแผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office) ผมสามารถพูดและสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี แต่การที่ผมเลือก Check-in เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่ควรเป็นเหตุผลให้พนักงานแสดงท่าทีที่เย็นชาและดูถูกเช่นนี้ เป็นการกระทำที่ขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพอย่างมาก ผมไม่แน่ใจว่าทางโรงแรมมีการจัดการมาตรฐานการบริการอย่างไร หรือจะมีการดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างไรบ้าง แต่สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ทำให้ผมตัดสินใจได้ทันทีว่าจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ"
