"This is my second stay at the APA Hotel. I always choose to stay here whenever there's an event in Makuhari. The rooms are clean, and its proximity to the event hall is incredibly convenient. I also enjoyed the nice ocean view. However, the downside is that when major events coincide, the accommodation fees can double, making it difficult to visit frequently."

"My 5-night stay at Hotel Francs was very positive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The room size is standard for Japan, which was perfectly fine. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the train station and Mitsui Outlet, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Getting here from the airport was also convenient via the limousine bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The navigation from Yokohama Station to the hotel was a bit绕, but taking the overhead walkway was very convenient. The room was a decent size. Downstairs is the Anpanman Children's Museum, and since it was a holiday, there were a lot of Japanese kids playing there. The only downside was that the room had no view, just several construction sites. The breakfast was pretty good for the price I paid. If this were a hotel in Tokyo for the same price, the quality would be much worse. I've been to Japan many times and think Yokohama is a great place to visit."

"Came back for another stay! The air here is fantastic for a winter stroll. You can even sunbathe in the room. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji. Plus, you can take the kids to the golf driving range right outside. It's a great place to plan a leisurely trip."

"Every dish served in the lounge was delicious. Breakfast was also very colorful and vibrant, which made for a pleasant start to the day."

"The hotel hot spring is a bit old, but the environment is very good and the service is in place, especially Miss Toki Tomoko, who speaks great Chinese and contacted a chartered car driver for us, so that we, who can't ride a bike, could travel around the island and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Hachijo. "Good service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience."

"This room size is just right for one person without luggage. I'm not sure what tier it falls into in Japan, but in China, it's probably on par with or slightly below a Hilton. I'd be willing to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. There's a Kyushu ramen place nearby that's quite good, but I wouldn't really recommend Yuzugumi (Oil Group)."

"The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with a rich and varied breakfast. There was also plenty of parking available. The check-in process took a bit of time, but I think it would be much smoother if you avoided the peak Disney park entry and exit times. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both the Garden and Ocean parks, making transportation easy."
