"The hotel is very big with the Main, East, North and Annex Towers. I booked a 3-night in July 26 in Annex Towers. The room is clean and very quiet and the aircon is also very quiet. This gave me a very good rest during my short stay. The staff are generally friendly. The train station is just across the hotel. This made travelling very convenient. There are several shops and restaurants in the hotel and prices are affordable. There is also a 7-Eleven on the second floor."

"Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "I would like to express my appreciation to one of the front desk officers who helped me on 3 June. He was a gentleman who could speak Chinese, but unfortunately I did not get his name. Due to the typhoon in Tokyo, there was heavy rain and strong wind. We were worried about how to get to the airport for our flight back to Singapore, especially because we had a family member using a wheelchair. At first, he told us that taxis were fully booked until 4:00 PM. However, after I explained that we had a wheelchair user with us, he kindly helped to call a taxi and managed to get one for us. The night before, another staff member had informed us that the hotel could not help book a taxi because of the typhoon. That is why we were very grateful when this gentleman went the extra mile to help us. His kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for us. Please pass on our thanks to him. If management can identify him, I hope he receives recognition for his excellent service. Thank you very much."

"We booked a standard double room, which is about 18 meter square, I think this room size is considered big for a Tokyo hotel, which is comfortable to stay for couple. The location is great, where there are many shops open til late night. Nearest metro station is about 150m away and there are many other metro stations entry about 15 mins walking distance. Overall I’m very satisfied with the stay!"

"The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's less than 500 meters from Ginza, so you can easily walk out and find plenty of food, drinks, and shopping. The room size isn't huge, but considering it's Ginza where space is at a premium, it's quite impressive. The facilities are pretty new, and I loved the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. You can pick up toiletries at the front desk, and they even give you a free drink coupon for the second-floor bar. Plus, it's only about 500 meters to three different subway lines. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this hotel!"

"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station. The rooms are spacious, and the ocean-view rooms offer a fantastic panorama, especially at night when the view outside the window is simply stunning – like something out of a movie, a true visual feast! The breakfast is high quality with a rich variety of options, including both Western and Japanese styles, and the food is excellent. You can easily walk to popular Yokohama attractions from the hotel, and there's a bus stop downstairs for trips to Chinatown."

"Hotel service was impeccable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, especially loved the toilet and showers which were spacious with good water pressure. There’s also a free lounge that served simple drinks and small snacks which was much appreciated. Location is also great, within walking distance of the both the JR and metro stations. Shimbashi station is well connected to various lines that you’d use to hit the common attractions, also close enough to Ginza. Highly recommended and would definitely return again for my next trip to Tokyo"

I stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu for several nights during my trip to Tokyo, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It was easily one of the most satisfying hotels of my entire Japan trip. First off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Ginza shopping district, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It's also very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tokyo Station, Asakusa, Shibuya, or Shinjuku – a real time and effort saver for getting around. The room design was a pleasant surprise. While Tokyo hotels are generally not known for their spaciousness, this hotel boasts remarkably high ceilings, creating a very comfortable sense of space that completely avoids any feeling of being cramped. The decor is minimalist and modern, with excellent natural light, making for a very relaxing stay. The cleanliness deserves special mention. I stayed for several consecutive nights, and my room was spotless every day. Towels, toiletries, and other replenishable items were promptly replaced. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Breakfast truly exceeded expectations. Each morning offered a delightful array of small, exquisitely prepared dishes, including fresh fruit, eggs, miso soup, noodles, bread, salad, as well as fish and meat dishes. The variety was extensive, the presentation beautiful, and the taste exceptional. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing everything; breakfast was a genuine treat every day. Service also merits praise. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, reflecting the consistently professional and meticulous service you expect from Japanese hotels. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel with an excellent location, convenient transportation, comfortable rooms, outstanding cleanliness, exquisite breakfast, and thoughtful service. "The location is very good as it’s closed to the JR station. Also some restaurants are nearby. Easy to go airport by train as well. My room is a corner twin bed room so it’s not too small. The room is clean. But just the curtains cannot block all the sunlights during day time. Overall is a good place to stay."
