I had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless — perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel is in a great location for food and shopping, offering a quieter alternative away from the crowded tourist areas. While it’s about a 30-minute drive from the city center (with no traffic), we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and local city vibes. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The layout can be confusing at first (it felt like walking through a maze) and I got lost a few times. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me back. Most staff don’t speak English well, but they were polite and did their best to assist. Overall, a good stay if you prefer a more relaxed area with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby.

The value for money is pretty good, and the location is convenient with plenty of food options nearby. The room size was just right, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and polite. The escalator (presumably meaning lift) was a nice touch. There are lots of dining and entertainment options in the vicinity, so it's definitely worth recommending.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, my overall experience was affected by a few key issues. The cleanliness of the room was very good, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay — I really appreciated their service. However, the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and it was so cold that I ended up falling sick during the trip. The biggest problem was the strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. I even noticed some guests smoking in their rooms, which made the entire place smell like a smoke bar. And I have to use a towel to block of the smoke from coming into my room. As someone who’s allergic to cigarette smoke, this was extremely uncomfortable. Smoking indoors is illegal and can result in fines, so I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t enforce stricter rules to prevent it. With better temperature control and stronger action against indoor smoking, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable experience for all guests.

Very comfortable unit. Location was very central with many eateries within walking distance and Ginza Mall nearby. Added bonus was that our laundry could be done daily and delivered to our room. The receptionist was helpful to assist in calling Didi for us. The meeting point (MU bus travel) for our trip to the Great Wall was just a 10-minute walk away at Dongzhimen station.

We had great experience at the hotel. When we areived their staff were very accommodating and the hotel smells really good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We asked for more toiletries for we stayed for 2 nights and they gave us 5 days worth of toiletries. We had a great view on our room thanks to the other review that recommended the east side of the hotel. Next time we go to Beijing we know where to stay.

Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable! Very peaceful and cozy. The room was spacious with good air circulation. I was upgraded to a room with a window, which I was very happy with. It was also a south-facing room, and although it didn't have a street view, it overlooked a quiet residential area. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. If you exit the hotel, cross the intersection and turn right, there are numerous shops, including 'Xingfu Paidang,' which was delicious. Sanlitun is also just a short walk further. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes with a wide variety. The cranberry juice was quite tasty, and the freshly cut watermelon was very sweet. I learned that the hotel is about to open a new restaurant, with an upgraded breakfast menu. The hotel manager invited me to see it, and it's a beautiful Western restaurant! It will definitely be a great selling point in the future. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was meticulous. They answered all my questions and were very proactive in resolving any issues. The room interior felt very secure. You need to use your key card to access the elevator to your floor, so essentially, only guests are in the guest room areas. The laundry room and garden on the 9th floor are also exclusively for guests. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of robot delivery for takeout. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that the robots had arrived and were expected to be operational by early November... I just perfectly missed them.

The room is clean, quiet, and completely smoke-free. The receptionist and the cleaner are very caring and always ready to help. A special thanks to 杜芳, who put in extra effort to arrange a travel guide for our Great Wall day trip—it really saved us time. The buffet breakfast is excellent as well, especially the beef noodles and wonton soup. The only drawback is that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest train station. However, it’s conveniently within walking distance of Sanlitun. Overall, it's definitely worth the stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has no strange odors. While the environment isn't beautiful, it's very close to the subway entrance. The service is generally acceptable, though the lobby greeters don't proactively help guests with their luggage. The facilities are the worst. The toilet seat opening is too large, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, especially for those with smaller hips. You also can't use disposable hygiene covers, and it's not a smart toilet. The room is so small that with the 1.8-meter king-size bed, you can only get on and off from one side, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for guests. The window in the room can only be opened a tiny crack, making proper ventilation difficult.

On a business trip to Beijing, I chose this hotel as it's the closest to my office. Being a Huazhu Club member, I also earned points. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the facilities were excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. For a business traveler, having the invoice ready beforehand was a huge convenience. The check-out time was reasonable, and I was able to store my luggage to explore a bit before heading off. Overall, I was very satisfied. There's a restaurant on the fifth floor, and the breakfast spread offered a good variety. The surrounding area is lively, making it super convenient to get around!
