Hotels in The Mixc/Niushikou, Chengdu

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway, and there's a parking lot in the yard. There's a police station across the street, so the area is safe. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and since my parents and I shared two rooms, they kindly arranged for us to be in adjacent rooms and even upgraded our room type. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the quality was excellent, with freshly ground coffee and fruit. It was a great start to our day. The staff were very attentive and skilled; the cleaning lady even remembered my parents were in the next room and told us they had already eaten breakfast and returned. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I am very touched by the service provided by Ms. Deng before, during, and after my stay in her studio room. She contacted me a few days before I arrived in Chengdu, prepared a very beautiful room for my 5-day, 4-night stay, and provided an iron upon my request. She was also very kind in answering my questions about interesting places in Chengdu and where to buy affordable souvenirs. My room was cleaned every day by the cleaning staff. I am truly touched by the service from Ms. Deng and her staff. 10 stars for my stay at the Huan Le Song Gong Gyu hotel/studio. I will definitely visit this hotel/studio again. ❤️❤️

This designer hotel is incredibly photogenic, both the interior and the small details. The staff are quite warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection leans more Chinese than Western, which perfectly suited my taste. The noodle chef always remembered my preferences, and I absolutely loved the noodles! The guest rooms are new and smart, with a well-designed and modern layout. The hotel's location is also quite convenient for transportation. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient, and Bella was gentle and lovely. The housekeeping staff were proactive, polite, and respected my privacy, which was great. My only minor suggestion would be for the greeters on the first floor. Both when I checked in and out, I had luggage and was traveling alone, but no one offered to help with my bags or open the car door. Perhaps it was just too hot. It would be even better if the greeting staff could be as enthusiastic as the other departments.

The ground floor of this tall building has at least 6 ‘hotel receptions’, none of them for this one. It operates from a unit on the 8th floor, but the managers were helpful enough given our arrival was late at night. The apartment had a loft style sleeping area whose stairs needed considerable care. There is no separation between shower, toilet & sink so the bathroom floor floods and a microwave and some crockery would be nice. But it had its own wifi, the washing machine proved useful and all in all it suited us well for a week exploring an amazing part of China. It was especially helpful being only just across the road from a metro entry. We found plenty of eating places in surrounding streets.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and why did I choose it, you ask? It was love at first sight with the tatami room! When I got in, it looked exactly like the pictures – I was so pleased. There were so many lights, giving off different vibes. The front desk proactively contacted me with check-in details and even asked in advance if I was checking out or extending my stay, which was very thoughtful! There's a projector, disposable toilet seat covers, and even hand soap – it’s the first time I've seen hand soap in a hotel, and it smelled great, very high-end! The eco-friendly slippers also felt really premium, and there were both men's and women's slippers in the bathroom, all suitable sizes. The toothbrushes were also better quality than many other hotels. After all that, I want to mention a couple of things I didn't quite understand. For this price, I feel like they could definitely provide free disposable face towels, but they didn't. The price was stickered on, and it was even a bit faded, which suggests previous guests (or several) hadn't used them, so they'd just been left there without being replaced. While not expensive, it just felt a bit… off. Also, the sink was a bit clogged and drained slowly… but it’s not a major issue. The hotel is very close to Chengdu East Station, I think it’s two stops away. There are also lots of restaurants downstairs, so the location is pretty good and easy to find. I didn't have any really bad experiences. I have to mention again how cozy the room felt. If I have the chance to be near East Station again, I'd probably stay here! I hope my five-star review encourages the hotel to keep up the good work!

The room structure and decoration style are good, with two floors. The sofa bed on the first floor can be opened, which solves the problem of children sleeping. The 1.8-meter bed on the second floor is very spacious, but the mattress is not good. It makes a creaking sound when turning over. There is only one waiter in the hotel, and it is difficult to provide timely service. There is still a gap with star hotels.

Still good hotel near Chunxi Road is very close to the surrounding alleys. There is food next door. There is a liver and waist fried upstairs. The disadvantage is that the hotel's bathroom water is not going to go down.

I came to Chengdu with my girlfriends and accidentally brushed this hotel. The price was affordable and it was renovated. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk was also very careful. I saw that we had a lot of luggage and two people stayed. I arranged a double room deluxe room. The room is not only big, but the windows are also super big. Hahahaha, there are a lot of meals downstairs, it is super convenient to walk to Vientiane City, you must give the hotel a thumbs up

The location is very convenient, very close to the subway station, and there are snacks, restaurants, convenience stores and fruit shops along the road. The set up and cleaning were very good. The only improvement is that there should be better lighting outside the door, the corridor is a bit dark. The landlady is very friendly, overall it's OK
