We recently completed a wonderful 5-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Shanghai. If you are an international traveler looking for an incredibly convenient base with world-class hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice. 📍 Prime Location The hotel is centrally located and exceptionally well-connected. It is literally just a 3-minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station, making local commuting via the metro or catching regional bullet trains completely hassle-free. 🌟 Outstanding Service (Going Above & Beyond) The front desk staff are truly exceptional and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for their guests. Because we ran into a language barrier while trying to coordinate a campus tour with a local university, the staff stepped in without hesitation and spoke to the university on our behalf to get everything sorted. We also want to give a special recognition to Ms. Wong and her colleagues. When we had trouble navigating the local food delivery apps, they kindly used their own personal apps to order food for us and allowed us to transfer the money directly to their accounts. They were also incredibly supportive with hailing local taxis and guiding us through Shanghai's public transport options every single day. 🍳 Buffet Breakfast The hotel offers a morning buffet breakfast for a very nominal charge. It has a great, decent spread that easily caters to different palates, including: Hot options (Porridge, Noodles, and freshly cooked Eggs) Western staples (Breads, Cereals, and pastries) Fresh Fruits and Salads 💡 Area for Improvement The only real critique we have is that the hotel lacks an in-house restaurant that serves lunch and dinner options. Having an all-day dining restaurant on-site would make the stay absolutely perfect. That being said, the incredible warmth of the staff more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Shanghai!

My stay at the Pullman Jing An was a delightful surprise! The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the city bustle, with a grand and comfortable ambiance. Every corner of the room was meticulously clean. The bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. It's a perfect choice for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The room was clean and hygienic, and getting around from downstairs was really convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby that were easy to grab. I highly recommend staying here. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was great.

The room wasn't huge, but it was just right for one person. The bathroom was clean, though a couple of the pillows were a bit yellowed. The location is quite convenient, not far from Metro Station Exit 3 at Shanghai Railway Station, so you don't have to walk much. The breakfast was good and had everything you'd expect. I noticed a lot of Southeast Asian guests staying here.

Worth the price for what u paid for…housekeeping was very nice but night front desk reception was not attentive at all when we asked for helped but was okay…location to go Suzhou using metro was great too and metro was nearby…only thing is we have to drag our big luggage’s from the front gate to inside the hotel which was a bit troublesome but overall cleanliness was neutral / recommended if u want a affordable and comfortable hotel

The room was very spacious, and the amenities were thoughtfully designed with guests in mind. The hotel staff were professional and polite, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. Shopping and dining options nearby are convenient. The hotel's exterior looks a bit humble, but the breakfast selection was abundant. Overall, it's a great place and highly recommended.

This hotel is great for families with kids, and its location is super convenient. It's easy to get to Huaihai Middle Road, the Natural History Museum, Jing'an Temple, and Nanjing Road from here. The front desk staff was really nice and even gave my child two days' worth of free breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, and on checkout day, they even gave us little gifts like White Rabbit creamy candies and cookies. A big thank you to the kiwi fruit guy at the restaurant too! 👦

This hotel is conveniently located near Hanzhong Road Metro Station (Lines 1/12/13), making it easy to get around. I stayed here again after ten years and was pleasantly surprised: for an extra 200 RMB per day at check-in, we (two adults and one child) got executive lounge access, which included a buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, a mini-buffet dinner, and unlimited coffee and soft drinks during the lounge's operating hours. The value for money is absolutely incredible, truly fantastic! Over the past decade, both their software systems and service quality have significantly improved! The breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The absolute highlight was Jenna Jia from the executive lounge; she has to be the most gentle, polite, and respectful service staff I've encountered in Shanghai! However, for the room's hardware, I'm deducting one star: the TV is old with poor picture quality. The most disappointing part is that it doesn't even have CCTV-5 (the sports channel)! Considering it's World Cup season, not being able to watch the matches is a real letdown! One small suggestion for improvement: the open-toe slippers are not very comfortable. They should consider the slippers offered at the Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai International Tourism Resort.

The hotel location was good, we can easily get to the near by shops and food spots. The front desk wasn’t really helpful because we asked them about the massage spots nearby for them to recommend, and they weren’t sure and don’t know anything about it. We booked none smoking room but we can always smelled smoke and don’t know from where. The front desk doesn’t seem like welcome or was not that helpful in my opinion, but housekeeper are very friendly and nice.
