The front staff all are very helpful and professional. It made my trip more pleasant and easier. Definitely will recommend and come back. The location is super convenient to food mall and Chinese restaurants.

The location is good, not far away from the new street railway station. About 15minuyes walk. It is located in the Aston Uni. It is really quiet and safe. The room is really clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with various foods to be chosen.

Good location only a 15 minute walk from BNS station. Single room was perfect for a solo traveller had everything you’d need, en-suite bathroom, toiletries & beverage tray. Good food served downstairs in the pub.

Clean , staffs are nice , good service. Location is not close to city center Main Street. Take 15-20 mins to the main shopping mall. Apart that , everything is good

The hotel has a good location, about a ten-minute walk to the center area, making it quite convenient for getting around. However, the cleanliness needs improvement—the sofa in the room was noticeably dirty, which made the stay less comfortable. Considering the price, the value for money is still decent. If you don’t have particularly high expectations for cleanliness and facilities, it could be a reasonable option.

The beds were ultra comfortable and I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in weeks. Room was small but unless you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the room, it was perfect. Bathroom was great, very clean and had a rain shower head which I loved. They didn’t really provide any toiletries other than hand wash and body wash, I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner. There’s also no fridge/microwave, but there was tea and coffee with a kettle provided. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Helpful reception, useful location for a wedding at Quaid-e-Azam ballroom. Very basic but comfortable.

Excellent location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fabulous place to stay, very spacious lounge and breakfast area. Food was excellent at breakfast, including choice of cereals and lovely bloomer bread, fresh hot choices too. Room clean and spacious, great facilities. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
