"Hotel is exactly as described and we had a great 3 night stay. Located a 15/20 min walk from town but there are lots of cafes/bars locally for great food too and the walk is very easy. Couldn’t fault the rooms, pool, gym, lobby and restaurants. Would recommend!"

"Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely worth it! This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our European trip! The service was excellent, and they even upgraded our room. We couldn't find our duvet, and when they asked for it late at night, they delivered it with a smile. The room was incredibly spacious, practically a studio apartment, with one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room, and one kitchen. There were also small welcome gifts, and a sofa bed outside where we could rest without getting our clothes dirty. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was incredibly large. The design was also very nice, with even a small balcony and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view. I'm so satisfied!"

"Check-in is a bit cumbersome and difficult. There is no reception in the building, so you have to go somewhere else. Check in advance before you arrive. The facilities are so good"

"The shower in the hotel was broken, and it took two reminders for someone to come fix it. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the train station. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room didn't have any toiletries; you had to ask the front desk for them. Also, this hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you need to bring your own."

"It’s quite dirty in the floor. You could tell they didn’t clean up the floor and the bathroom which is very disappointed. There are full of utilities in the room like dish washer, washing machine. However, there are no instruction on how to use the machines and the staff isn’t really know how to use it either."

"The room layout is reasonable and the location is excellent. The hotel is in an old building. The facilities are indeed very advanced. The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in."

"The location of the hotel is super good, downstairs is the cathedral. The check-in place and the hotel are not together, a 4-minute walk away. It is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest parking lot of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and 2 bathrooms."

"1. It is near the cathedral, surrounded by the alleys of the old city. Drive carefully, and use the Apple map to navigate to the door accurately. Fortunately, there is an open space in front of a private residential garage where you can temporarily park your luggage for loading and unloading. There is a parking lot nearby. We ran into an old man who took a customer to find a parking lot. He gave a tip of 3 euros and took us to a large parking lot nearby. Relatively speaking, the price was 18 euros a day. 2. There is an independent front desk. The front desk staff may leave work early on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. After we arrived, we contacted Ctrip's customer service because there was no reception, and we quickly gave the password to enter the door and the room. 3. The room is clean and safe (in a separate courtyard). There are many pedestrian restaurants and shops around it. The apartment is quiet at night. Our room type is in a straight shape around the inner courtyard. One bathroom is large and has no windows but is very clean and odorless. "The hotel room was clean and well furnished but the customer service was truly deplorable. We checked into the hotel midday at a non peak hour but the attitude we received was purely unadulterated racism. The young woman checking us in was on her phone texting throughout the process and was uncooperative in providing the necessary information about their own hotel, going as far as to curse ”you chinese” in Spanish under her breath as if we couldn't understand. She only improved her tone after some persuasion in English. I find this kind of service in stark contrast to the quality of the hotel and has ruined my time here in Sevilla."

"I can say that if I have the opportunity to go to Seville again, I will definitely stay here. The landlord is very talkative, the room is beautiful and comfortable, clean and tidy. The point is that the walking distance from all the punching spots in Seville is no more than one kilometer, which is really awkward."
