"They allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor."

"My stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral.
The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city.

Downstairs, there are great local restaurants and bistros that we frequented for dinner both nights, and the food was delicious. There are also excellent breakfast spots nearby. It's a bit further from the main attractions, about a thirty-minute walk to the Old Town and twenty minutes to Plaza de España. We really enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood around the hotel; it was lively yet relaxed on weekend evenings. All in all, we absolutely loved the city."

"I had to extend my stay as I was really sick. They were helpful in making sure I was comfy. The heat was on in the room which was perfect (contrary to a previous comment). I was given extra bed sheets and yesterday the girls who volunteers there shared some traditional desert which was really good. A lively place. It is not a party hostel except on Saturday there was an event/BBQ. Nice place and clean."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located slightly outside of the city center, but that’s perfect for us because we had a car and didn’t want to drive in the Santa Cruz district (I highly recommend you don’t try drive there!!). The staff were great and the hotel amenities were amazing, especially the jacuzzi. Special thanks to Davide Pietro at the reception desk who was extremely helpful and kind."

"Seldom do I leave comments but this accommodation is exceptionally good that I had to leave a recommendation. Stylish place, cozy bed, friendly staff, tidy kitchen and common area (with sparkling water on tap!!), great community and free workshops and events everyday! Hands down the best hostel experience I had in my life.

"We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Seville. The hotel was opposite a cathedral, and the small square next to it seemed to be the bus terminal; about ten buses stopped there at night. The receptionist spoke English and patiently showed us to our room, explaining how to use the key card lock. The room even had a kettle – a surprise for Chinese tourists! We booked two rooms. One had a cramped bathroom but a spacious and quiet bedroom facing inwards. The other bedroom was slightly smaller but had a spacious bathroom, though it was a bit noisy due to the bus stop across the street. Overall, it was a well-managed hotel with good facilities."

"The room is very close to the bus station, and there is a subway at the door, so the transportation is very convenient. It is only 10 minutes away from the bus station by subway, which is suitable for going out to other places in the morning. Overall it is very good.

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location and bed comfort were excellent. The service, even providing an extra blanket, was greatly appreciated. However, there was a lot of noise from outside – music and restaurant patrons – until the early hours, and the soundproofing isn't great. But the comfortable mattress, which allowed me to sleep soundly despite my tiredness, made me forget all about it. It was a short trip to Seville, but if I come back, I'd definitely stay here again! 😘

Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

GGuest UserIt was very clean and very spacious. There’s a 24 hours front desk and speaks English. Each person has two lockers in the room, so you don’t need to worry about not having enough space. I stayed in a 8-girls room and we have too bathrooms and two toilets in the room, which is quite sufficient. I really enjoyed staying in here and it felt very safe for girls who are traveling alone

KKH77The hotel has nice decorations but it is located not very near to all tourist spots. One has to take bus or train from near the hotel to the destinations which will take easily take 15-30 mins. There is only one restaurant nearby.
The counter staff is not very helpful in offering local tour information apart from asking us to consider joining the local tour..

Wwangwei02aAn absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!

IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.
Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro.
And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.
A very gratifying weekend.
The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
