"Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely worth it! This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our European trip! The service was excellent, and they even upgraded our room. We couldn't find our duvet, and when they asked for it late at night, they delivered it with a smile. The room was incredibly spacious, practically a studio apartment, with one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room, and one kitchen. There were also small welcome gifts, and a sofa bed outside where we could rest without getting our clothes dirty. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was incredibly large. The design was also very nice, with even a small balcony and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view. I'm so satisfied!"

"The hotel knows what the travellers need, to name a few, ideal location to look around the city, essential services without redundancy, 24hour counter reception, etc. My first night could have been a nightmare due to electrical glitch, the night shift staff settled the matter by switching the room immediately. Highly recommendable."

"The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and has a convenient location to walk to various places of interest. The service is average. We stayed for 3 nights in hot late July. Staff are very friendly but hotel services can surely be improved. There is no ice machine in the hotel. Room cleaning service is not thorough- cups were not cleaned/ replaced. Only tea bags are provided in the room, and no refill after Day 2.  As tourists from outside of Europe, we have no way to charge any electrics and ended in buying an adapter ourselves. There is no USB outlet for charge, which was a surprise to me too. Overall a nice stay in beautiful Seville but I would choose another hotel for the next visit."

"1. It is near the cathedral, surrounded by the alleys of the old city. Drive carefully, and use the Apple map to navigate to the door accurately. Fortunately, there is an open space in front of a private residential garage where you can temporarily park your luggage for loading and unloading. There is a parking lot nearby. We ran into an old man who took a customer to find a parking lot. He gave a tip of 3 euros and took us to a large parking lot nearby. Relatively speaking, the price was 18 euros a day. 2. There is an independent front desk. The front desk staff may leave work early on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. After we arrived, we contacted Ctrip's customer service because there was no reception, and we quickly gave the password to enter the door and the room. 3. The room is clean and safe (in a separate courtyard). There are many pedestrian restaurants and shops around it. The apartment is quiet at night. Our room type is in a straight shape around the inner courtyard. One bathroom is large and has no windows but is very clean and odorless. The master bedroom next to it is very large with French doors and windows facing the courtyard; the aisle living room (with French windows in the inner courtyard) and dining room are large enough to accommodate 4, 5 Personally, there is a small bed at the other end in the open space; there is a washing machine and refrigerator, and the kitchen facilities are very clean and fully equipped. 4. The staff are very polite and enthusiastic."

"We only have short stay and would like to visit old town attractions as much as possible. The hotel location is perfect for us, everything is within comfortable walking distance like sight seeing and eateries in old town area. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room deco is modern and clean. We have a rental car. When coming to the hotel, we directed to a nearby 24-hr underground parking, then took our luggage walking across a park to the front door of the hotel. We don’t need the car during our stay as walking is more convenient than driving in old town."

"I can say that if I have the opportunity to go to Seville again, I will definitely stay here. The landlord is very talkative, the room is beautiful and comfortable, clean and tidy. The point is that the walking distance from all the punching spots in Seville is no more than one kilometer, which is really awkward."

"Hotel was a bit far from the main Seville bus station. I asked the hotel for a transfer to the airport and they had a fixed rate that was almost double what an uber was. Better off getting that instead. Easy check in process. Breakfast was pretty average. Room was pretty standard. Had a great view of the city on the 10th floor."
