"Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience."

"The place was clean and beautiful, but I wasn't pleased with the hotel's service. They repeatedly called us, bothering us three times from the front desk, just to remind us that we needed to check out before 12:30. However, the hotel's location is good, and the place itself is clean."

"The customer service was awesome, very friendly and helpful, but the location is too popular and far away from the main attractions of the city. Also, the quality of the breakfast (sausage and mortadela) could be better. The green metro line is 12 min walking. To sum up, I would say it is a budget hotel but not 4 stars."
