"Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel."

"Excellent service all around, from the front desk to the restaurant and guest rooms. A special shout-out to Lily at the front desk for being so warm and attentive. I stayed for two nights, and the night view from the room's balcony was absolutely stunning. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient. Highly recommended!"

"I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious. However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish. I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent. Thank you for your attention. More touristes more service for respect."

"The location is convenient. (Though you still need a taxi to get to Dubai Mall.) The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The brewed coffee was also very good. We checked in after 6 PM on the first night, and the turndown service was already done and looked very professional. Thumbs up!"

"Great hotel with spacious rooms with all the amenities you might need. The gym was well equipped and the rooftop pool and bar were great with friendly service. The on site restaurants serve delicious food, especially the Thai one. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection from all kinds of cuisines (Indian, Asian, Western), however none of them really offered a complete breakfast option by themselves. Location is close to the Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, however due to a highway they are actually not easily accessible but the hotel offers shuttle service."

"This trip to Dubai was a mix of business and leisure with my family. After a long search, I chose this hotel with a kitchen and a balcony for an extended stay. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival – the room type wasn't what we booked. However, after speaking with them, they corrected it to our reserved room. What we truly appreciated most was that since we had a red-eye flight, the hotel graciously agreed to a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM. It's a fantastic hotel with a truly warm service team that made us feel right at home ❤️"

"The service was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The front desk was also very helpful in booking our desert tour tickets. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the hygiene was top-notch."

"Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view."

"Location: 10/10 Amazing, and good for our purpose. Just outside of downtown so we escape the ever worsening traffic jam. Pickup and dropoff was along a private driveway with ample space so there isnt a rushed feeling of having to quickly exit or enter the vehicles due to a backlog of cars behind. Dubai was a pretty intense city, so this was truly an oasis of calm. Ambiance and decor: 10/10 but this is a matter of personal taste. Very elegant and oozes old world luxury. Lots of marble, high ceiling lobby, truly a palatial experience. Rooms: 10/10 we were so comfortable we didnt want to leave. Massive beds, lots of space and strong air conditioning. Well maintained and very clean with evening turndown service. Breakfast: 7.5/10 Very good breakfast and very functional. Mainly international and local dishes. Good enough for our purpose. Meal options: 6.5/10 This was a little bit of a letdown as the room service, and lunch menu at the restaurant and lobby lounge was quite basic and we had to search for lunch / afternoon meal options elsewhere. Maybe also because lunchtime traffic is not great. Service: 10/10 every porter, restaurant staff, reception staff, concierge conveyed a sense of warmth, and really remembered my name. Upon seeing us come back to the hotel with shopping bags or crates of local fruit, a trolley was immediately loaded and taken to our room. No questions asked. When we received a delivery just as we were about to go out, the porter immediately offered to take it to our room to save us the trouble of walking back to the room. I forgot his name, but he was from a place called Kandy in Sri Lanka. Special mention also to Isaac. Overall a 9.8 from me. I would stay again."
