"Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming and appeared uninterested, which did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel. A more caring and friendly approach at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Al Rigga, Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The restaurant offers an average breakfast, and I would especially like to thank the restaurant team—they were genuinely warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were also very good, and their contribution deserves recognition."

"First off, I need to mention that this hotel has a mandatory breakfast charge for children. Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that according to hotel policy, children must pay for breakfast even if they don't eat it, simply by being guests. So, despite my child not eating, we were charged 75 AED per day for breakfast, totaling 225 AED for our three-night stay. I usually don't write reviews, but for the benefit of future travelers from my country, I felt it was important to share this situation for their reference. To be fair, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 10-minute walk away. However, getting to the metro station is a bit of a trek; I'd recommend taking a bus near the hotel that goes directly to the metro entrance. While the room was spacious, the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very average; the eggs seemed to be cooked without being washed first (you can see in the pictures). On the bright side, the restaurant environment was pleasant, and you could see the Burj Khalifa from there. The staff were all very nice and enthusiastic in assisting with any requests. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't be staying here again."

"Excellent hotel with a convenient location. There's a Spinneys supermarket nearby, and also an alcohol store not too far away, which are quite rare in Dubai. It's about a 30-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, factoring in the long traffic lights. The metro is also relatively close. The only downside was a noisy construction site nearby, but we couldn't hear any noise in our room. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The staff were polite; I'd especially like to commend Samir and Bella – very pleasant and smiling employees who were always ready to help."

"Great staff and service, the executive lounge was also fantastic. You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!"

"The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the Red Line metro station. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. It's next to a parking lot, but it's not noisy and quite peaceful. There's not much in terms of service, just check-in and check-out. I stayed for two days. The room was very large, and while the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. Hot water came out quickly. At check-in, they knew there were three of us and charged an extra 200 AED per night for one person for an extra bed. They pulled out the sofa bed next to the regular bed and put on sheets and a duvet. Staying in the old city is cheaper than in Dubai Marina. There were two free bottles of water; everything else in the minibar was chargeable. They checked the room at checkout, which was pretty quick."

"Im a resident in Dubai and been to different hotel global brands! But this western hotel creek was not good. The reception hall is not good its like a motel. No interior design no chandelier the tv on the reception is not even on. The food is not good for international guests. Its like Indian food or african food. The swimming pool is dirty!! I didnt swim i just saw and observed the area Many problems, i got king instead of twin that i booked online. Had to go down. And then i received the same room key and other guests! Had to go down again to tell the receptionist. The good thing is only the creek view and dubai skyline burjkhalifa view. This is a 4 star hotel rating but it deserves a 3 star only."

"The hotel is beautiful, my room had a view of the Burj Khalifa, amazing. Very good breakfast, pool, gym, everything very good. The team has an excellent service. I saw many complaints about the elevator, it only happened to me once, when I went down from the 62nd floor at 10:30 am, it really took a long time, but the other days, it didn't take more than 5 minutes. My tip, it's really worth staying at this hotel, and if you can, get to the cafe earlier and don't take the elevator at peak time."

"The hotel is located right in the heart of Souk Al Seef, with guest rooms spread across the surrounding buildings. Electric buggy service is available to take guests to/from their rooms or to the nearby sister property, Canopy, where the gym and swimming pool are located. The surrounding offers plenty of shops, cafés, and easy access to boat rides across the creek to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, making the location extremely convenient. From the electric buggy drivers and receptionists to housekeepers, F&B staffs, and even the engineering team, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Akbar provides the warmest hospitality. Breakfast is highly recommended. The selection is fairly extensive and the quality is very good. During peak season, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds. There is a terrace on the third floor, and sitting there in the evening in January was very relaxing. It offered beautiful views of the opposite shore, the busy boat traffic along Dubai Creek, and planes taking off from Dubai International Airport. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean and full of characters, reflecting the charm of Dubai’s historic district. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim. My room was located above the Starbucks, and there were many people taking photos late at night and early in the morning, so soundproofing could be improved. The hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and had to be plugged in inside the room due to the outlet configuration. The drawer-style refrigerator had no cooling effect at all. The TV remote control did not function properly—it could only turn the TV on and off, with no function to change channels or adjust the volume. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hot water temperature fluctuated frequently. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed the hotel’s overall style and found the stay very comfortable. If the points mentioned above can be adjusted, I believe the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced."
