Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in. However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM.
All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches. Hotel guests can share these facilities, which is very convenient.
Our room package included two meals. I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one. We picked Rockfish, and the food was Michelin-level, which we were very satisfied with.

Cai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.
At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.
A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.
The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.
The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.
Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.
In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommended.

jason_zanThe hygiene and service were excellent, and the water park was fantastic—great value for money. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of cuisines. Our room was tidied at least twice a day, and we had an unlimited supply of bottled water. The capsule coffee was a nice touch too. It's definitely worth experiencing during the off-peak season.

Abida RahmanWe had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special.
The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful.
We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well.
We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into.
The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome.
As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

AlinaalWe stayed at this hotel with my best friend as their location is very nice. Our experience was not the best as we in our bathroom you can fe feel cigarette smell although the whole hotel is non smoking. They tried to fix and the next day it was the same and we think it comes from another room from the a/c. So many kids and one night some kids ring our doorbell when we were sleeping, the people staying the next door had their door open and people were running and screaming, when we called the receptionist they came to help with this but not straight away as we had to call twice. Not possible to swim in the pool as so many kids were not only in kids section but everywhere. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional, dinner is quite boring. Rooms are quite old too, so don’t expect it will be as on their photos as they definitely need to change them. For this price I would pick another hotel. Everything I liked about this place is their location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, especially Hamad and the manager, Haitham, who kindly upgraded our room and made our stay even more special.
From the first impression to the very last moment, everything was perfect. I visited with my children, and they enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel offers fantastic family-friendly activities, including mini golf, horse riding, and a great selection of water activities. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well maintained.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Guest UserStaying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good.
We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable.
Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again.
Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable.
We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds!
Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down.
So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors!
On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left.
Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel.
Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs.
On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched.

Guest UserWe booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar.
The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking.
The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view.
In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
