"The staff were all incredibly friendly and proactive, always ready to help with any small issues. 😁 The restaurant had a very quiet ambiance, and the dishes, as always, were exquisite and generously portioned – highly recommend! First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with excellent privacy, making for a fantastic stay. This platform consistently delivers; I've always been satisfied with the establishments here. A little research beforehand really saves a lot of hassle! This place is absolutely a safe bet, everyone can come with confidence, it's exactly as described. I had to comment right after my visit – the staff were very responsive, and the environment was visually appealing. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable."

"Great location on JBR2 overlooking JB beach. Rooms were very quiet and bed was huge and really comfortable, must have been the wife snored her head off. Stayed in a Luxury Sea View room overlooking the whole of Jumeriah beach and Dubai wheel.
Excellent choice of food for breakfast , caters for every nationality.
Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.
Loads of places to eat just outside the hotel along Jumeriah walk and across from beach.
JBR2 Metro station only a 5 min walk from hotel.
Air con was great .
If I stay in Dubai again I wouldn't hesitate staying here it has everything we needed."

"I’ve booked this previously and had a wonderful experience however this time, the booking process failed completely - it was overbooked (102%) capacity - wasn’t sure if this was possible?!
I had booked 2x rooms (a twin and king bed) but when checking in found that the rooms contained 1x bed and despite the request to keep the rooms together - they were on opposite ends of the hotel.
The staff were brilliant and eventually provided a twin bed room however this was bittersweet.
Location is fantastic - 20mins to main tourist attractions
Quite suburb with all the local amenities within ＜5mins walking distance"

"Booked Superior twin room. Arrived early and requested to store luggage at 10am and had breakfast at the hotel, which was great. We were advised room would be ready within and hour and a half, which was great and so we waited. Hotel then offered a temporary room until our room was available and to come back to reception at 3pm the check in time and the room would be ready. We did this to be told room not ready just yet would be another hour. We returned at 6pm, eight hours after we had arrived to be advised no twin rooms available for that day, only a king bed room. I was travelling with my 24 year old son, so this wasn't appropriate. after speaking with 3 different receptionists and 8 hours later finally the hotel decided to split the king bed into 2 single beds, which could have been done 8 hours earlier. We ended up staying in a smoking room, when a non smoking room had been requested. Very disappointed with the service, it should have been sorted out much sooner and correct information given, not kept being told room would be ready soon and then told the room we had booked was not available. No real genuine apology given or attempt to rectify the issue."

"The check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Enor and Harsh were friendly and professional. We were given a high floor as requested and upgraded to a double bed without being asked. The room had a good view of the city and had everything one needs and expects from a hotel when on holiday. Breakfast had a huge spread. More asian and salad options would be great. There were some healthy choices, skimmed milk and Indian masala tea too. The hotel looks good from the outside with 26 floors, a clean swimming pool, a gym and an elevator that gives you a view through glass. It had an event for NYE too. We saw a lot of people partaking in it. It is an easy walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a cafe inside and easy to get taxis (Bolt, Careem, Uber). Jabed who cleaned our room well was cordial and professional and checked on our needs. Overall, we had a great stay, better than expected after reading older reviews. The staff that work here are friendly and want to help, including the breakfast staff. I left some minor written suggestions with the lady at the desk when we checked out at noon on Thursday. I love the Millennium brand hotels and Millennium Central Downtown can go from great to extraordinary! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Veronica"

"Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants. Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro.
The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good. Breakfast was also nice with many options.
Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays."

"The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once.
Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient.
The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all.
Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again."

"First off, I need to mention that this hotel has a mandatory breakfast charge for children. Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that according to hotel policy, children must pay for breakfast even if they don't eat it, simply by being guests. So, despite my child not eating, we were charged 75 AED per day for breakfast, totaling 225 AED for our three-night stay. I usually don't write reviews, but for the benefit of future travelers from my country, I felt it was important to share this situation for their reference.
To be fair, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 10-minute walk away. However, getting to the metro station is a bit of a trek; I'd recommend taking a bus near the hotel that goes directly to the metro entrance. While the room was spacious, the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very average; the eggs seemed to be cooked without being washed first (you can see in the pictures). On the bright side, the restaurant environment was pleasant, and you could see the Burj Khalifa from there. The staff were all very nice and enthusiastic in assisting with any requests.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't be staying here again."

"Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings.
On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience."

GGuest UserOur first time at this resort. Very family friendly, kids club was one of the best I've seen. It was a bit too crowded for our liking, that's just our preference, not saying that its bad by any means. Some of the service maybe a bit slow, like asking for ice, bell boy, front desk, but only because of the amount of people there, the service was good. Good new clean rooms.

GGuest UserWe stayed here with our child and absolutely loved everything. The location is great, and our room had a view of Ain Dubai. It was quiet in the room (7th floor). For my birthday, among other things, we received the cutest room decoration from Husnain, one of the staff members. He also did an excellent job cleaning, even mopping floors and vacuuming. So, the cleanliness was definitely a plus! The food selection was varied. The only disappointment was that the free spa with sauna and hammam is only for guests aged 16 and over. Even school-aged children aren't allowed, which is quite puzzling, especially since my child, for example, loves saunas.

GGuest UserThis is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking.
Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty.
There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale.
Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it.
The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on.

The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.
The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

GGuest UserThe front desk lady was Chinese, and her service was excellent and thoughtful. When I checked in, she knew my English wasn't great, so she specifically took me to the Italian restaurant to book dinner for the next evening. When I checked out, she saw us trying to take our huge suitcases on the shuttle bus and gently and politely told me that the car was too small and couldn't fit the luggage. Hahaha, she put it very tactfully... In reality, I let my kids decide how to be frugal and save money... So, my child let out a sad sigh: ”We didn't even save on the fare.” Hahaha, in the end, we took a taxi to the airport, but the front desk lady's attitude and way of explaining things taught her a lot. What a lovely memory...

MM00_M00I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction.
On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services).
Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable.
When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.
While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.

This place is unbelievable everything here was top-notch the staff was incredibly friendly VIP lounge, the gymnasium, the spa the beach everything was so so good everything was top notch. The bedrooms were like massive apartment suites everything was luxury inside. I stayed an extra night here because I loved it so much. Definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a resort type vacation in Dubai.

Our stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled on a pristine stretch of beach, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly fun.
The multiple pools, beachfront access, and a fantastic kids’ water park made it a dream destination for our child — he never wanted to leave! The Splash Pad, slides, and shaded play areas are a huge plus for families.
Rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered peaceful sea views. Service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive — staff greeted us by name and genuinely cared for our experience, from check-in to poolside dining.
Dining options were varied and delicious, with something for every palate. Whether it was the buffet breakfast, beachside snacks, or elegant dinner, everything was spot on.
A truly relaxing, fun-filled escape that makes you feel pampered while your kids are just as delighted. Westin Mina Seyahi is a resort that checks every box — and then some.
A flawless 7-star family experience. Will definitely return.

GGuest UserWe booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar.
The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking.
The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view.
In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
