The birthday room setup was beautiful and very touching—it made my mother feel incredibly special. Furthermore, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the overall stay was extremely pleasant.
The dining experience was excellent . Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly, highly recommend the room service—it was absolutely delicious, and you won't regret ordering it!
A special mention goes to Hanan, the Duty Manager, for her remarkable care and kindness. When I felt unwell, she immediately sent ginger tea to the room, and even offered it again on the day we checked out. This level of attention and genuine care is truly exceptional and not to be taken for granted. Thank you, Hanan! ♥️
The only negative point was an unpleasant incident following our last dinner. We were approached regarding payment for dinner before the staff checked their records to confirm it was paid. While a Duty Manager did apologize, the interaction was embarrassing and left us feeling uneasy and humiliated. In the future, it would be much better for the staff to confirm payment status internally before approaching a guest about that. We were told we needed to pay for the meal again, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. This lack of verification before approaching us was highly uncomfortable and left us feeling humiliated. Although We received an apology, but the initial interaction was very poorly handled.why couldn't the payment status be verified by the hotel staff before approaching the guest?"
