"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"Hygiene: Quite good. I booked a private hot spring king room, and the bathtub was very clean.
Environment: Our room was on the 2nd floor of Building G. Although it was quite far from the lobby and required 4-5 elevator transfers, the view from the room was excellent. I loved it.
Service: They even held breakfast for us when we were almost late, and the staff were very accommodating. The cleaning ladies we met also helped us with the elevator, they were very kind.
Indoor soaking tub water: One tub was actually perfectly sufficient. I took a soak at night and the water was very hot."

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable.
The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep.

"A hotel with a nice environment. In the morning, we saw squirrels in the trees in the yard. We booked a room with a hot spring. The pool was very large and could be filled with water every few minutes. There was no limit on the number of times. Although we only filled it twice, it was much better than other hotels that only allowed one filling. The room facilities are indeed a bit old. The bathroom door was obscure and difficult to open, and the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. You can open the door to the swimming pool from the balcony of the room. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and there are several open-air hot springs around. It is very convenient to take a bath after swimming. However, there are some leaves and large insects floating on the water in the children's area of the pool, which is a bit scary. I don't know how often the water is changed. The shallowest part of the pool is 1.2, which is a bit unfriendly to beginners."

The weather is cold in autumn, so no one goes to bathe at night. Moreover, the bathing pool is far away from the accommodation. A long way away, the service attitude was average and I didn't feel warm. I stayed for one night and wanted to go shopping around. I extended my stay the next day. Since I didn't have a room, I changed to another hotel. I checked in at ten in the morning and could soak in the hot springs. Advantages It's probably a lake view room."

"Honestly, I usually give positive reviews when I stay at a hotel, but I really want to highlight this one! It's the most comfortable of all the Jinjiang hotels I've stayed at. I'm even hooked on the shower gel and hand soap aromatherapy options nearby! The lavender aromatherapy was so relaxing, the bathroom was warm and bright, and it even played music. The bedding and pillows were every bit as good as I could have hoped. I especially want to mention the retro kettle, which plugs directly into a mineral water bottle. It's so practical, easy to use, and clean. The room also has an air purifier and humidifier—it felt like home! The breakfast was incredibly filling. The Joyoung soy milk was delicious, and there were all kinds of desserts, stir-fries, and noodle soups. I was so stuffed by the time I left. Afterward, I went to the nearby hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Anning!"

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

The breakfast is very good, rich and nutritious on the 27th floor, the view is superb. Small problem: the TV remote control is broken, the shower square shower cannot be used (the small shower can be used, but there is no high hanging point), it is worth coming again

Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

I started looking forward to breakfast on the first night of my stay, but I didn't expect to be amazed the next day. There are a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is amazing, which starts a day full of vitality. The room is also very spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. Next time I come here, I will stay at this hotel again!

GGuest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.
