"I have to say that this Vienna service is really super good, the room is also very clean, we brought a child to stay in a twin room, thinking about putting the bed together, after talking to the front desk, they are very strong execution, we told them to go to the store for half an hour, I have already helped me put it together when I arrived at the store, and I also changed the sheets and quilt cover for us. The service is really good. The little girl at the front desk is very polite, including the room sister who meets upstairs and will say hello to us. "The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

Whether I leave early in the morning or return at night, I can find a parking space without any obstacles. This is a huge benefit for me who drives to and from work on business trips. It completely gets rid of the problem of difficulty in parking. The hotel rooms are also particularly clean and tidy, which instantly catches your eye. The bed was made flat and smooth without any wrinkles; the floor was wiped so clean that it could reflect one's reflection; the bathroom was also spotless and had no odor. Every corner of the hotel silently speaks of the strict requirements for hygiene. Living here, you will feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is excellent. The long dining table was filled with a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese fried dough sticks, steamed buns, rice porridge, Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and each one was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh, and I can taste the careful cooking of the canteen staff in every bite, which allows me to start the new day full of energy every morning. The hotel also provides laundry facilities. This is very practical for me when I travel long distances. The Longshan Mine is only 2km away from the hotel, but the scenery is really nice. And the filming turned out beautifully too."

"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"Honestly, I usually give positive reviews when I stay at a hotel, but I really want to highlight this one! It's the most comfortable of all the Jinjiang hotels I've stayed at. I'm even hooked on the shower gel and hand soap aromatherapy options nearby! The lavender aromatherapy was so relaxing, the bathroom was warm and bright, and it even played music. The bedding and pillows were every bit as good as I could have hoped. I especially want to mention the retro kettle, which plugs directly into a mineral water bottle. It's so practical, easy to use, and clean. The room also has an air purifier and humidifier—it felt like home! The breakfast was incredibly filling. The Joyoung soy milk was delicious, and there were all kinds of desserts, stir-fries, and noodle soups. I was so stuffed by the time I left. Afterward, I went to the nearby hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Anning!"

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

😇Environment: Rooms are on the 7th floor and above, featuring large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby bar is spacious and suitable for reading or working, and there's also a private bar. China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel.
😇Service: The staff are responsive and helpful, promptly resolving any issues and providing timely reminders.
😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy.
😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail.
🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot.
🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature.
🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas."

"The hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent."

GGuest UserHotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the common areas were kept very well-maintained. Compared to hotels in the same area and of similar standard, this one is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money – truly worth it.
