"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"I have to say that this Vienna service is really super good, the room is also very clean, we brought a child to stay in a twin room, thinking about putting the bed together, after talking to the front desk, they are very strong execution, we told them to go to the store for half an hour, I have already helped me put it together when I arrived at the store, and I also changed the sheets and quilt cover for us. The service is really good. The little girl at the front desk is very polite, including the room sister who meets upstairs and will say hello to us. 😇Environment: Rooms are on the 7th floor and above, featuring large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby bar is spacious and suitable for reading or working, and there's also a private bar. China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel.

😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy.
😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail.
🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot.
🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature.
🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas."

The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues we raised were promptly and effectively addressed, making us feel right at home.
Of course, the hotel does have some minor shortcomings. For example, since hot springs involve drinking a lot of water, drinking water should be provided unlimitedly and not charged. Having stayed at so many hotels, it's rare to find one charging for drinking water beyond the hotel's capacity. I hope the hotel can improve on this. Overall, however, these minor issues didn't detract from my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad.
Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly.
Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night.
Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state.
The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly.
None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable.
The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair.
The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged.
Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."

The breakfast selection was generally satisfactory, though the dishes were a little slow to be replaced after finishing them. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

JaaaaamieVery satisfied! When traveling, you must choose a hotel with a good location. Looking at the map, there are food and shopping malls everywhere near this hotel, so I chose it. What's surprising is that there is also breakfast, which is quite good. At the front desk of the hotel, the waiter is very warm and friendly, and the service is very thoughtful and considerate. If you don't bring the elevator card, you will help swipe the card after checking.

The hotel environment is fantastic, right next to Yulongwan Park. There's a small path leading to the back entrance of the park, and it's lush with greenery, making the air really fresh. The front desk staff (especially the young lady) was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. It also had a balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a cup of tea – super relaxing!

Guest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
