What impressed me most was the impeccable service. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a smile. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The convenience of living here is impeccable: • Food delivery freedom: A wide variety of food options are available, and delivery is fast, easily satisfying late-night cravings. • Dining options within easy reach: There's a small commercial area right next to the hotel, offering everything from authentic local snacks to specialty restaurants. This stay truly made me feel ”at home.” I've already added this gem of a hotel to my favorites without hesitation, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty. On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating. When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?) Three areas for improvement: 1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty. 2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better. 3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!"

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed..."

The lake view rooms offer particularly beautiful views; waking up in the morning, you can enjoy panoramic views of the tranquil Ning Lake and half of the city, with fresh air. You can watch movies right in the hotel, which feels like great value. The rooms are very clean and hygienic, with disposable towels and toilet seat covers, which I really appreciated! Nestled against the mountains and beside the water, the views are fantastic! A comfortable stay for an extended period. The staff are very polite and provide excellent service. I would definitely stay here again; highly recommended!"

I've decided to loudly praise it on Ctrip and a certain popular app 👍 This time, I drove with my boyfriend and his parents to Anning for hot springs, and everyone was extremely satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location: About a five-minute drive from the Anning Expressway exit, with a large parking lot within 50 meters, making it very convenient for drivers. It's about one kilometer from the hot springs (Jinfang Forest Hot Spring, Tianxia Diyi Tang, etc.), a leisurely 20-minute walk. Facilities: A newly opened guesthouse with very new facilities. The courtyard, lobby, and rooms all feature a comfortable wooden design, and the sunlight is abundant. Our family of four booked two comfortable double rooms (as shown in the pictures). The rooms are about 40 square meters, suitable for two adults and one child. The rooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the shower and toilet are clean and comfortable. The mattresses are on the softer side, but I personally found them acceptable. Disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and cotton swabs are all provided. Cleanliness: Very clean. This trip took place during the Spring Festival, and although there were many guests, the public areas and rooms were very clean and tidy. Environment: Our room faced the outskirts of the village. During the Spring Festival, many people in the village were setting off fireworks and firecrackers, so there was bound to be some noise. It quieted down after nightfall, and it should be very quiet at other times. There weren't many cars on the road in front of the room, and we didn't hear any passing cars. Overall, we were quite satisfied. A group of friends would probably love the floor-to-ceiling windows in the courtyard, the low, comfortable rattan sofas, and the large table in the lobby—it would be very pleasant to chat and drink tea together (unfortunately, the four of us were so tired after soaking in the hot springs that we just collapsed and fell asleep _(:з」∠)_). Service: The owners were very warm and hospitable, providing attentive and thoughtful service. I must praise the breakfast (see picture). The small pot rice noodles were delicious; the owner explained that they used homegrown chives, homemade sauce, and eggs from free-range chickens. They also have great coffee; I recommend the latte. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. There's a farmhouse restaurant near the village entrance with good food, reasonable prices, and friendly owners. I also highly recommend Muyangyuan, about 5 kilometers away; the food is delicious, the environment is great, with lots of flowers and plants, perfect for a family outing on a nice day (and adults too!). In short, I highly recommend this guesthouse for families, couples, and friends visiting Anning Hot Springs. I'm also very grateful for the owners' hospitality. I hope to bring my parents back to Anning next time! 😄"
