She not only patiently recommended convenient transportation routes but also enthusiastically shared interesting local stories about Hangzhou Bay New Area. It felt like chatting with an old friend, making us feel exceptionally warm and welcome. The hotel's facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The convenience store had snacks and daily necessities readily available, so we didn't have to worry about getting hungry while studying late at night. The self-service bar offered a wide variety of drinks, perfect for a relaxing break. The laundry room was clean and tidy, solving our laundry woes during our extended stay. The gym was fully equipped, a great place to relax after the exam. And the hotel's breakfast restaurant deserves special mention! The menu was diverse and nutritionally balanced, ensuring my daughter was full of energy for her exam. During our stay, the room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing my daughter to study and rest peacefully every day. Whether it was the routine inquiries at the front desk or the on-call service in the rooms, the staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly. The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!"
