It was an incredibly comfortable stay. - **Service:** The staff were warm and attentive, quick to respond, and paid great attention to detail. The overall experience was excellent. - **Dining:** The breakfast was varied and authentic, featuring distinct local specialties. The afternoon tea was exquisite and absolutely delicious. - **Amenities:** They offer free parking, a heated swimming pool, and a gym. The facilities are comprehensive, making travel very convenient. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation in Cixi. Highly recommended!"

"Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone."

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel is quite easy to find. The second floor offers a variety of dining options, and there's an outdoor movie screening in the evening. The facilities are comprehensive. The floors are named after the 24 solar terms, showing attention to detail! The rooms have smart AI controls, but the soundproofing isn't great; the noise from the air conditioner units in the building across the street can be heard from over 10 floors down. The indoor environment is decent, but the trash cans weren't lined with trash bags… After turning off the lights at night, the nightlights (yellow) and air conditioner light (green) are both on, which isn't ideal for people who need to sleep well… Overall, it's okay. Booking early during the holidays is more affordable, and it's not far from Fantawild. Heartwarming late-night snack: The mixed noodles were delicious!"

"We checked into Manwan Hot Spring Hotel on the first day of the ***** New Year in 2026. We brought four families from Shanghai and booked five rooms. Manwan Hot Spring Hotel shares a lobby with Hangzhou Bay Hotel. We had stayed at Hangzhou Bay Hotel many times before, but Manwan Hot Spring Hotel was only opened in the last two years. It has a maze of various bungalows with different shapes and room types. So, the pictures online may look slightly different from the actual hotel. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and made reasonable arrangements according to our needs. We booked several different room types, some with courtyards, some without, some with bathtubs, and some without. Each type had its own charm. We stayed for two nights, so everyone was very happy. There are various hot spring pools near the room. Many pools were already open when I checked in in the afternoon, and more pools will be added in the evening as the number of guests increases. The water in the hot spring pools is very clean and is changed every day. Depending on the room type, there are public and private hot spring pools. Private hot spring pools are charged separately when used in the room. The temperature of the hot spring water is adjusted very well. In the afternoon, you can soak your feet, sunbathe, chat, play cards, etc. Breakfast is 38 yuan per person, which is very cost-effective. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and liked it very much."

"Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. The reason I am writing this review, however, is for the staff. Every member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. It is a great place: old-school China luxury."

"Advantages: larger rooms, various breakfast options, swimming pool, convenient parking, polite service, favorable price, no price increase during the Mid-Autumn Festival Disadvantages: The location is remote and there are major car dealerships nearby. It costs 20 yuan to take a taxi into the city to eat, which is inconvenient. The facilities are relatively old. The nozzle at the top of the shower is clogged with scale.
