"I brought my family here for a camping trip in the grasslands, and I was initially worried about the primitive conditions, but it far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding grasslands offer expansive views, fresh air, and a tranquil, quiet environment. The cleanliness was also impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, with a resting deck and viewing equipment, and there's an open space for kids to play. Both adults and children had a wonderful time here. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful; knowing we had elderly family members, they proactively reminded us about high-altitude precautions and even brought us hot water. Their service was meticulous. They only provide breakfast and dinner, which made both dining and staying very convenient."

"The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good! I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! AAnonymous UserI booked a room that was supposed to include welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided upon check-in. I didn't get to experience the afternoon tea, so I can't comment on that. The room size was decent, not small, and had a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. However, the noise isolation was very poor; I could hear car alarms constantly going off outside my window when trying to sleep, and even the sound of toilets flushing from the next room (or upstairs?). Everything else was fine.

The check-in was not very smooth as they scanned every single page of my passport (no other hotel in China has done that), it usually it's just the front, visa, and Chinese entry stamp. They also asked a lot of questions that we had already answered in a form they had given us to complete. We only had one day to visit the city and had to spend 30 minutes there. The girls were very nice but the check-in process needs to be smoother. I overall recommend it anyway.

WWeepinglordThere aren't many hotels to choose from in Hezuo, and this is considered one of the best in the city. However, it had its share of problems. First, the room had a strong odor, and without air conditioning, it wasn't well-ventilated. Second, there was the issue with the water. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel costing over 500 yuan only provide four bottles of mineral water (two large and two small), with extra bottles requiring payment. Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further. One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic.
