"The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good! I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! (A suggestion, there is a not very good smell when the hotel room door is opened, so get some air freshener) I wish your business is prosperous!"

"I brought my family here for a camping trip in the grasslands, and I was initially worried about the primitive conditions, but it far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding grasslands offer expansive views, fresh air, and a tranquil, quiet environment. The cleanliness was also impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, with a resting deck and viewing equipment, and there's an open space for kids to play. Both adults and children had a wonderful time here. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful; knowing we had elderly family members, they proactively reminded us about high-altitude precautions and even brought us hot water. Their service was meticulous. They only provide breakfast and dinner, which made both dining and staying very convenient."

The bathroom shower equipment was leaking water and the water was easily blocked. The overall feeling was that there was a lack of maintenance and repairs. It's very cold when entering the hotel, and there are many groups of guests. The second and third floors are entertainment venues, and the room floor is relatively quiet. In addition to the usual breakfast, you can also make homemade tsampa with ghee and highland barley noodles. The parking lot can park a lot of cars, but the surrounding area still feels a bit deserted."
