"Four words to sum it up: great value for money! The hotel is still in trial operation, but it doesn't have any decoration taste. The room comes with various snacks, soft drinks, fruits, coffee capsule machine, microwave, hanging iron, and even chopsticks and forks. The most important thing is that the service is really super good. When checking in, I saw a child and said that they would give children slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast is very rich. The waiter saw the child holding the plate and asked what he needed. It perfectly interprets the feeling of home. It is the only choice for me when I come to Jintang next time."

"Loved it right from the initial phone inquiry! It took us about an hour to drive from downtown Chengdu. We first took a stroll and flew a kite at Komar Town, then it was another 20-minute drive to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially the youngest lady (didn't catch her name), was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. She even helped us with our luggage to the room. The facilities are brand new and very well-maintained; everything looked great even without filters. We happened to visit during Chinese New Year, so there were performances – it was windy at night but totally worth it. The kids had a blast! They also really enjoyed the pet park, and buying the 25 CNY feed made the experience even better. What I least expected was how amazing the restaurant was – truly surprising, and the portions were generous! The shuttle service was prompt and the staff always had a smile. It's perfect for families with kids! We even changed our minds last minute to get a room with a slide – double the fun!"

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

JJinshu524On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room gave me a feeling that was not worse than a star hotel. Overall, it is still wide. I don't think there's anything wrong with anything else.

CchenlialexI stayed at the Ramada Hotel on a business trip. The overall feeling was pretty good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was very nice and helped delay the check-out time. It was very good. The breakfast was rich in variety and the beef noodles were delicious. I recommend everyone to try it on the fifth floor. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to us workers who travel frequently. You can dry them immediately after washing. There is a free parking lot and the bus station is next door. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip. The hotel is highly recommended.

The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk. The reception staff in the service industry should have empathy. Instead of accusing the guests of making the request too late and stressing that the price of the room changed is more expensive than we set. At that time, your front desk clerk said that you set the 270 room. I changed you to the second floor. It is far from the chess and card room upstairs. The price is more expensive than yours.....
