"My flight was delayed, so I booked this hotel last-minute when I arrived at the airport around midnight. I called the front desk, and they were able to arrange a pick-up. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they also provide a shuttle service back to the airport in the morning. The facilities are great; the toilet and shower are separate, the TV is large, and there's plenty of space. The staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk, who were very attentive. It's definitely great value for money."

"The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy, big and soft. I really liked that the toilet and shower were separate; it's so convenient because someone can shower without blocking off the toilet. The TV was also huge. Overall, this was a fantastic experience."

I'm fill.😊🩷 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ---- สำหรับคนไทย คนไทยมาพักที่นี่เลยค่ะ ตอนเรามาคนไทยมาพักเยอะอยู่ หลังโรงแรมมีร้าน miniso กับ Thai Town มาเดินเล่น ถ่ายรูป นั่งกินปิ้งย่างได้ เดินจากโรงแรมไปประมาณ 600 กว่าเมตร เดินไปทางข้างหลังโรงแรมนะคะ สามารถทะลุไป ถนน Huanggong East Street (黄公东街) ได้ // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม ＞＞ เลี้ยวซ้าย เดินทะลุตึกไปข้างหลัง // เปิด Amap เดินไปได้ // นั่งDiDi ประมาณ 10 หยวน เดินจากโรงแรมไปวัดหวงตงได้ ไกลหน่อย แต่เดินชมวิวไปเรื่อยๆก็โอเคน๊าาา // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม หันมาทางขวาตรงถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ // แล้วเดินไปทางซ้าย จะเจอร้าน uniqlo ＞＞ แล้วก็เดินไปเรื่อยๆเลยค่ะ เปิด Amap ไป เดินจากโรงแรมไปประตูม้าทองได้ ออกจากลิฟห์โรงแรม ＞＞ หันขวามาที่ถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ ＞＞ แล้วเลี้ยวขวา ＞＞ เจอสี่แยกแล้วเลี้ยวขวาอีกที ＞＞ ระหว่างทาง: ตรงสี่แยกข้างถนนไป จะเจอตึกจีนสีแดงๆถ่ายรูปสวยมากค่ะ ＞＞ ถ่ายรูปเสร็จเดินตรงไป สุดหัวถนนแล้ว ข้ามถนนทางขวามือ ＞＞ เดินไปเรื่อยๆก็เจอประตูม้าทองค่ะ ＞＞ ระหว่างทางก่อนเจอประตูม้าทองจะเจอร้านขนมที่คนต่อที่คิวเยอะๆ เป็นขนมเปี๊ยะกุหลาบอร่อยมากค่ะ"

"The hotel is about 1 km from the airport terminal. They offer a shuttle service, which is really convenient. If your flight is delayed, this is a great place to stay for a few hours. You can take the shuttle back to the airport early the next morning and then catch the airport metro or bus from there. It felt very convenient. The room was also quite good, and overall, it was a positive experience. You can even see the airport from the hotel room, which was a nice touch."

"Holiday Inn was such a pleasant surprise! Before check-in, a staff member named Xiao Wang contacted me to ask about my needs. I mentioned I was in Kunming for an exam, and she actually upgraded me to a suite! I was so touched. I'm not even a high-tier member, yet the hotel treated me so well. Kunming Holiday Inn is truly amazing! Xiao Jin, who checked me in at the front desk, was very helpful and professional. She even arranged for an extra humidifier for my room. To be honest, even though the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are perfectly maintained, and the cleanliness is far superior to other hotels in the same price range. It's truly a hidden gem! The biggest surprise was finding a swimming pool and a sky garden on the sixth floor. After a swim, sunbathing in the garden was pure bliss. I'll definitely stay at Holiday Inn again next time I'm in Kunming."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with all the attractions in Kunming Old Street nearby, which was very convenient for us traveling with two kids. The room hygiene was pretty good (the only downside was the soundproofing, which was a bit poor). The staff's service attitude was wonderful. When we checked out, the front desk lady specifically gave us two bottles of water for the road and even a small bottle of black rose tea – such thoughtful service! 👍👍👍 I forgot to take pictures 😅 I suggest they could add some modern smart devices to enhance the guest experience 😁"

"Stayed here for a week. The location of the hotel is convenient and perfect for those who want to spend a few days enjoying the bars, cafes, and shopping areas of Old Town. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and tidy with all the amenities one can expect. Perfect for both solo travellers and groups or families. I would definitely recommend the place, and when I visit Kunming again this will be my go to hotel to stay at once more"

"Arrived from Beijing in the morning, reached the hotel past 11 AM. This floor seems to have several hotels, we were on an upper floor, can't quite remember which one. For a transitional hotel, it was excellent. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable with a latex pillow. Ordered takeout in the morning and it was delivered right to our room door. Thumbs up!"

"The location is easy to find, right by the highway, you can see it from afar. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. The shuttle departs on the hour, every hour, very punctual and efficient. The staff are also very welcoming. Knowing we were flying in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us – so thoughtful! The room itself has fantastic natural light, the sunlight streaming in is very comfortable, the space is also quite good, and the furniture and facilities are complete – excellent value for money!"
