"This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The room was spacious and spotless, with excellent facilities that really surprised me. Even though it's close to the airport, the windows are well-sealed, keeping it nice and quiet. The free airport shuttle service was a huge convenience. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping team always greeted me, making me feel right at home. They even gave me some flower cakes as a welcome gift! Downstairs, there are shops and restaurants where you can buy things, or enjoy Yunnan rice noodles and mushroom hotpot, or even mushroom dumplings – super convenient! What really impressed me was that after I checked out, the hotel called me to let me know I'd left something small in my room. The service here is truly outstanding! For the price, this hotel far exceeded all my expectations!"

"We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host."

"The hotel's location is excellent, easy to find, and close to the subway station and Wanda Plaza. The room features smart home controls throughout. The Arrow brand bathroom fixtures and shower provide a very comfortable bathing experience, washing away the day's fatigue, and the hot water comes on quickly. There's 24-hour independent air conditioning, and the bedding is as comfortable as a star-rated hotel, ensuring a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous and clean job, and the front desk staff were also very warm and generous. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended!"

"The Grand Park Hotel Kunming by Cuihu Lake is great! It's close to Cuihu Lake, the star-rated hotel service is excellent, it's very quiet, and the bed is super comfortable. They even have a gym with good equipment, which I used daily during my vacation. They even provide vases, which is thoughtful if you buy flowers. The hotel has homemade desserts; I bought some snowflake crisps as souvenirs for friends (they tasted really good). I heard the breakfast is amazing, but I'm on a diet, so I skipped it this time. Next time, I'm definitely going to try it!"

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, like sinking into a cloud, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until dawn. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the amenities were thoughtfully chosen, showing the owner's meticulous attention to detail. What touched me the most was the service – friendly yet unobtrusive, making you feel as comfortable as if you were visiting a friend's home. The little 'salary raise' details in the public area were cute and thoughtful, and the abundance of fresh flowers and greenery filled the entire space with vitality and warmth. In a fast-paced city, finding such a serene sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle is truly rare. Whether you're traveling solo to unwind or gathering with friends, this place is an excellent choice. The next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again to embrace this unhurried gentleness."

It's in a great location in Nanping Street, within walking distance to attractions, so elders and children won't be too tired. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms have grab bars, which makes it reassuring for older guests. The self-service laundry room has a dryer and even a garment steamer, so no worries about washing clothes. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, catering to everyone's tastes, and the staff even help older guests carry their plates. The service is thoughtful and truly excellent."

"They proactively upgraded my room! I read some reviews saying the room was hard to find, but it was actually quite easy. The room was large and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The only thing is that check-in is on the 40th floor, which is acceptable. Just make sure to call the property in advance to communicate. The room was very well-equipped."
