Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. "Almost every time I travel, I stay at Atour, and this time I stayed at the Atour on Nanping Road in downtown Kunming. It's very close to Kunming Old Street, Yunnan University, and Cuihu Park. "My stay at Jinbi Clubhouse exceeded expectations. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly loved their bedding; it was very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was checking in at the front desk, having breakfast in the morning, or encountering housekeeping staff, everyone would stop and greet me politely. It felt like a very professionally managed hotel! I also have to commend the location – right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere! "The hotel contact me 1 day before my stay because they want to arrange airport transport if I need one which very thoughtful of them. During my stay, there's construction work in front of the hotel. The staff very thoughtful and nice. They hel to carry our luggage. The room is spacious and cozy. Free self laundry and dryer. I would recommend this hotel as the staff very nice and provide good services."

"Yitel Premium is situated in a fantastic location in Kunming! Super close to Old Street where you can find tons of food, shopping, teas & coffees galore! The hotel was lovely - super comfortable bed, good smelling bathroom amenities, and complimentary water. We used the laundry facility and it was very useful. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still everything we ate was delicious. This hotel's location makes it prime real estate, I highly recommend!!"

"This hotel is incredibly thoughtful, beyond words! It's simply amazing, truly exceptional service. I initially chose to book the Mengjing Xiyue Hotel because I saw many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, especially praising the hotel's rooftop and balconies, which looked beautiful. I never expected that after actually checking in, I'd find the hotel's service and attention to detail even more surprising! The day before check-in, the hotel staff proactively contacted us to ask about our room setup preferences for the romantic room type. Even before checking in, I could already feel their immense dedication. The hygiene also made me feel very secure! The elevator, rooms, and lobby are disinfected daily, and the towels and amenities in the room are individually packaged. Both the room and bathroom were kept exceptionally clean. For guests who value cleanliness and hygiene, this truly provides great peace of mind. What touched me the most were these thoughtful little details! My feet were aching from days of shopping, even a bit inflamed, so I went to the front desk to ask the staff if they had a foot bath. To my surprise, the staff immediately sent a foot bath to my room, and even included herbal sachets for soaking my feet! My hands were chapped and cracking due to the dry weather, so I also inquired at the front desk. The staff thoughtfully provided hand cream. These are services that are not 'mandatory,' yet they were willing to proactively help. It truly makes you feel: this hotel genuinely cares about its guests' experiences. Breakfast is also served individually, and the portions are incredibly generous! And it's not just the quantity; the taste is also excellent, especially the tomato and egg noodle soup – I've truly loved it these past few days! In the lobby, there's also a popcorn machine + various floral teas that you can mix and match! You can enjoy freshly popped popcorn every day~ You can also choose your own floral tea, put it in a small paper cup, and take it back to your room to sip while watching TV. And every evening, there are delicious 'goodnight' desserts prepared. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel and finding these little surprises waiting for you is truly wonderful. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've felt: 'I had such a happy stay, I almost didn't want to check out.' It's not because the hotel is luxurious, but because every small detail makes you feel their immense dedication. If I ever come back to Kunming, I will definitely stay here again! "The hotel room was cleaned very clean, no smell, the bed was very comfortable, the front desk service was intimate, the check-in was very fast, the staff was gentle and polite, the hotel was quiet, the facilities were complete, and the travel was convenient. "This hotel is ideally located right next to Cuihu Park, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station.昆明Old Street is also easily accessible, just a leisurely 15-minute stroll away. We stayed in a family room that comfortably accommodated four adults. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, along with a mini children's sink and kid-friendly amenities, which shows a lot of thoughtful consideration. The sofa bed is located in the corner between the wardrobe and the bathroom, so don't expect too much from it. The soundproofing for the window facing the road could be better, but the main bedroom, with its king-size bed and a smaller bed, has excellent sound insulation and a very large sofa for relaxing. Breakfast was abundant, but we didn't get a chance to try the late-night snacks. The complimentary fresh flower cakes upon check-in were delicious, and we even received a souvenir gift upon check-out. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again when I return to Kunming!"

We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back."
