"The view alone, as soon as I opened the door, was worth every penny! This was the most delightful hotel of our Yunnan trip! The room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Just downstairs there's a big commercial area with a night market and snack street, plus a mall where you can get everything you need. It's also close to Dounan and Laoyu River. My child loved this place, and we'll definitely come back if we get the chance."

"Room: The room was clean and the bedding was tidy.
Service: I think the service was even better than the facilities. I stayed in room 3011. On the first night, my mom's lumbar spine couldn't handle the soft bed. The next day, I mentioned it to the cleaning staff, and she kindly brought an extra comforter so my mom could sleep on the tatami mat. Also, the housekeeping for extended stays was incredibly prompt. Thumbs up for the service!
Improvements needed: The hotel's hangers (the extra ones provided) were of poor quality, some were even broken and couldn't hold clothes at all."

"The family room was very spacious with three beds and a partition wall, ensuring privacy and no disturbance. It was clean, and the service was excellent. We even received a welcome gift. They offer free late-night snacks (rice noodles, regular noodles) and an hourly airport shuttle service, which is perfect for travelers in transit. As for dining, breakfast was just so-so. The main food street is about a 500-meter walk, and it's quite dark at night due to the lack of streetlights. Everything else was great, and everyone was very satisfied."

"The hotel's decor is lovely, and it's super convenient being so close to the station, plus they offer a shuttle service. I had to check out around 6 AM, but breakfast only starts at 7 AM. Since I have a sensitive stomach, I thought I'd just pop into the restaurant to see if there was any warm food available. I met Su Kaiping, a restaurant staff member, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it wasn't official breakfast time and not part of his required duties, he went out of his way to provide warm food for my whole family. We were all incredibly touched and grateful – a special shout-out to him! He's handsome and has a heart of gold! He made our early morning feel so warm and welcoming! Black Diamond gives this place a perfect score and highly recommends staying here!!!"

It's an apartment-style guesthouse that feels like stepping into a serene oasis, seemingly forgotten by the bustling city. The room was decorated so warmly, and the plush bedding made for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. The amenities were also very comprehensive, including a smart speaker and a projector, which made the stay exceptionally convenient. The bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation and was spotlessly clean. The toiletries provided were also of good quality.
The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming! During check-in, they not only recommended many fun attractions but also helped us plan our itinerary.
The location is also superb. It's very close to the subway station, making getting around extremely convenient. Our room even offered a view of Wanda Plaza. Plus, there are countless dining options nearby; you can find all sorts of authentic Yunnan snacks just a short stroll away.

AAsitanafangxuanlingThe hotel is beautifully designed, offering stunning views right from the window. The high-floor rooms boast expansive views and are equipped with large-screen TVs. Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary white fungus soup, freshly baked flower cakes, and fruit.
Convenience stores and fruit shops are conveniently located downstairs, and getting a taxi for transportation is very easy. It's also not far from Dounan; just a few minutes by taxi or about a 10-minute walk. Shared electric scooters are available right downstairs.
Our host was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and even recommended some great local eateries. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room. I highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserHad an unexpected extra day in Kunming, so I decided to stay near Daguan Park, where I could see the seagulls and still be close to the city. Choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision! It's just a short walk across the road to the park entrance. The room was spacious, breakfast was extensive, and they even offered afternoon tea from 2 PM to past 5 PM. In the evening, I indulged in an essential oil relaxation session, which was incredibly soothing. The staff member Jin Suo was particularly warm and friendly, and all the other service staff were excellent too. Overall, I absolutely loved it!

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

GGuest UserAfter our trip to Xishuangbanna, we stayed in Kunming for two days, and the hotel I booked exceeded everyone's expectations. The underground parking had plenty of spaces, which was very convenient. We didn't even have to leave the building to get from our room to the hot spring pools, saving us a lot of time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; I couldn't find a single fault. Right across from the hotel is Daguan Park, which was teeming with seagulls. We didn't have to deal with the crowds at Haigeng Park; we just fed the seagulls for two days straight, and the kids absolutely loved it.

Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, the room cleaning, or the electric carts, everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone I met raised two little hands to greet me warmly, and they were always there to help. As a sentimental person, seeing six little waving hands as I left almost brought me to tears.

Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

The room is great, the big bed is very comfortable, the constant temperature shower, and the hair dryer are very useful. The service is especially good. We arrived very late, and the hotel has private dishes. We contacted them in advance, and the chef waited until we arrived to finish the meal before leaving get off work. The food is delicious, their set meal is affordable, and the hotel waiter is also very warm. They prepared baby chairs and baby tableware in advance, and sent afternoon tea the next day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay, worth recommending
