"This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!"

"Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back."

"The room window faced someone else's room directly, which was a bit strange, but I didn't bother to ask about it. I slept with the windows tightly shut all night. I had requested a quieter room, but they gave me one directly opposite the elevator, so I could hear people coming and going all the time. For the price, it's pretty good value for money, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The surrounding area outside the hotel was full of foot massage parlors. They also offer airport shuttle service."

"The hotel contact me 1 day before my stay because they want to arrange airport transport if I need one which very thoughtful of them. During my stay, there's construction work in front of the hotel. The staff very thoughtful and nice. They hel to carry our luggage. The room is spacious and cozy. Free self laundry and dryer. I would recommend this hotel as the staff very nice and provide good services."

"This hotel is ideally located right next to Cuihu Park, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station.昆明Old Street is also easily accessible, just a leisurely 15-minute stroll away. We stayed in a family room that comfortably accommodated four adults. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, along with a mini children's sink and kid-friendly amenities, which shows a lot of thoughtful consideration. The sofa bed is located in the corner between the wardrobe and the bathroom, so don't expect too much from it. The soundproofing for the window facing the road could be better, but the main bedroom, with its king-size bed and a smaller bed, has excellent sound insulation and a very large sofa for relaxing. Breakfast was abundant, but we didn't get a chance to try the late-night snacks. The complimentary fresh flower cakes upon check-in were delicious, and we even received a souvenir gift upon check-out. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again when I return to Kunming!"

"I'd give this hotel a solid 'awesome' rating. As someone who works in the chain hotel industry in Beijing, I'm quite familiar with hotels. When I came to Dali, transiting through Kunming, I originally just wanted a clean hotel close to the airport. I saw good reviews online about this hotel's cleanliness and booked it right away. I arrived at the airport at 11:30 PM, and the hotel sent their own dedicated shuttle to pick me up (I initially thought they partnered with taxis, but it was their own shuttle, and it was very clean – another bonus!). Check-in at the hotel was quick. When I got to the room, I was surprised by how spacious it was, and the decor was excellent and very new. For this price, it's truly amazing! What impressed me even more was that the bath towels and hand towels were all individually sealed in disinfectant bags. I particularly want to praise the slippers; they were of really good quality – I even considered taking the worn ones with me when I left! The owner's operating costs must be high, but I just want to say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in all my years of traveling. If this room's decor were in Beijing, it would easily be a 500-yuan-a-night hotel. Haha, after reading my review, you can definitely book it without any hesitation – you won't be disappointed!"

"The rooms are pretty decent. I always choose this place whenever I'm on a business trip or vacation. They offer a hotel shuttle service that you can book, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a guesthouse and an RV park nearby where you can take the kids to play. Definitely recommended, and I'll keep choosing them in the future."

"For my vacation in Kunming this time, I chose the Wyndham Grand Kunming Park 1903, and my stay far exceeded expectations. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting the Spring City. The hotel's location is excellent, situated within the Park 1903 French commercial district. You can go shopping and take photos right outside the door. It's only about a ten-minute drive from Haigang Dam and Yunnan Nationalities Village, and close to Metro Line 5, making it very convenient for exploring, dining, and getting to and from attractions. The hotel is newly opened, and the overall environment is clean and grand. The lobby is simple yet elegant, making you feel comfortable the moment you step in. The front desk staff are warm and professional, handling check-in efficiently and quickly. They also proactively introduced us to nearby attractions and responded promptly to our needs, providing thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spacious and bright, with smart home controls throughout – we could turn lights on/off and adjust curtains with just our voice, which felt very high-tech. The mattress was a Simmons, with just the right firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie on. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a full set of Hansgrohe facilities, with stable and ample hot water and a wet/dry separation design. The toiletries were of high quality. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust even in the corners. Opening the window offered beautiful views of the Western Hills and Dianchi Lake. The public facilities are also very comprehensive, with a self-service gym and laundry room, so there are no worries for longer trips. There's also free parking, which is a great convenience for self-driving guests. The variety of room types is extensive, suitable for couples, families, and business travelers. Overall, the hardware is brand new, and the service is warm, catering to both leisure and business travelers. For its location in the 1903 commercial district, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Whether you're visiting Kunming for tourism or a short business trip, this Wyndham Grand is an excellent place to stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming!"

"I was picked up within ten minutes of arriving at the airport, which is super close by. The service was excellent, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Check-in was very fast, making me feel right at home. Definitely recommended, I'll be back!"

"I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Kunming South, which was the last night of my Yunnan trip, and I was very satisfied. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are beautiful, with lots of floral and green elements. The internal corridors are exceptionally wide, enough for three or four people to walk side-by-side, feeling more spacious than other chain hotels I've stayed in. The surroundings are very convenient. It's near a university town, with all sorts of delicious snacks, night markets, and restaurants nearby. The pickled cabbage and beef hotpot was especially good. It's also close to Kunming South Railway Station, and they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The female receptionist was very kind and enthusiastic, giving me a free room upgrade. There was also an auntie who helped with laundry, and the shuttle driver was very good too. It's definitely worth staying here."
