"For this price and service, I have to give full marks! The airport shuttle, late check-out, late-night noodles, and welcome amenities are all fantastic! Besides these, there are so many little details, like the warm messages in the elevator, the free water available at each floor's elevator entrance, and the morning wake-up service – truly excellent! Just one small suggestion: it would be great if guests could choose whether they want the wake-up service the next day (I understand it might be to ensure guests don't miss their scheduled shuttle). This time, I received a wake-up call without being asked beforehand, and I wasn't planning on getting up yet, haha!"

"So glad I chose this hotel! Liruide Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cuihu Park (unlike many other hotels that claim to be near but are much further). There are also countless excellent restaurants and shops nearby, offering plenty of choices. The hotel itself is superb. Being on a high floor, the Sky Bar and restaurant on the 19th floor offer panoramic views of Cuihu Park and the beautiful cityscape of Kunming. If you book a lake view room, you can enjoy the stunning views of Cuihu Lake right from your room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's decor, with its strong contrast of classic black, red, and grey, feels modern, stylish, and tasteful from the moment you step into the lobby. I especially loved the ”ENJOY IT” neon signs in the lobby and restaurant; indeed, you can truly enjoy all the beauty Liruide has to offer. My room, though not large, was incredibly comfortable. The bedding ensured a good night's sleep. It was spotlessly clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water, draining super fast (many hotels struggle with drainage, but Liruide nailed this detail). The smart toilet was a nice bonus. While breakfast wasn't lavish, it featured local Yunnan specialties and was more than sufficient. A freshly made rice noodle roll with a generous topping of braised meat was the perfect way to start a day full of energy. What truly touched me was the friendly and thoughtful staff. After checking out, I had a video conference in the lobby, and a staff member specially lowered the lobby music volume for me and kindly brought a bottle of water. A huge thank you to Mr. Curry at the front desk for his meticulous service. Your kind and warm attention made us feel as comfortable and wonderful as if we were home, which is a rare treat for those of us constantly on the go. Oh, and the rose petal shortbread offered at check-in was absolutely delicious! The rich rose fragrance bloomed in my mouth with just the right touch of sweetness – unforgettable. For parking, you can drive onto the sidewalk, inform the front desk, and a staff member will immediately valet park your car. After a two-day stay, my experience was simply perfect. The next time I'm in Kunming for business, I'll definitely book here in advance to enjoy it all again."

"This hotel was unexpectedly amazing! I was a bit worried that as a transit hotel, it might be a bit 'rough around the edges,' but it turned out to be far above standard in every aspect. As soon as the shuttle dropped us off and we checked in, the front desk attendant warmly offered hot water and a gentle greeting. Keep in mind, it was late at night, and they must have been working hard, so their enthusiasm was truly impressive. Then, seeing there were three of us, they proactively upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Not only do I have to praise the front desk attendant, but also the driver who took us back to the airport the next day. He was a genuine local, very kind-hearted, and patiently answered all our questions about traveling in Yunnan, even offering proactive suggestions. These warm and lovely people made the beginning of our Yunnan trip an incredibly positive experience. Finally, the cleanliness was also excellent, well up to standard, and the smart home features throughout were a big plus. The value for money was absolutely top-notch! It's a shame that none of the hotels we booked later in our trip were as perfect. Perhaps this one just set the bar too high (ಥ_ಥ)."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The room was larger than expected, and the minimalist decor was perfect for photos. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; as someone who's particular about hygiene, I was extremely satisfied and have to give it a great review! Usually, I'm quite picky about hotel cleanliness, but this time I couldn't find a single flaw. You could tell the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and there were no water stains or hair in the bathroom corners. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the blackout curtains were superb, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally. You can really feel the owner's dedication. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, full marks for efficiency. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"This hotel is not far from the airport, tucked away in an alley, and they provide airport shuttle service. The room exceeded my expectations; it was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. However, the window didn't seem to close completely, though I wasn't sure if it was my mistake or an actual issue, and I didn't ask. The front desk staff were excellent, and the driver was helpful with luggage. When we switched vehicles in the rain, he even held an umbrella for each passenger. He was also very responsible for late-night/early-morning airport pickups. It's a great value-for-money hotel."

"The service was exceptional! It was quite busy during the May Day holiday, and we arrived past midnight, but they upgraded our room. The next day, the weather was bad, so we couldn't go out. Since our flight was late, they also extended our check-out time. Such thoughtful service truly reflects the responsibility and commitment of a renowned hotel. "Must give it five stars! I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service, and my experience far exceeded expectations. I arranged for airport pickup in advance, and the driver was already waiting when I landed, which was incredibly efficient. It only took less than ten minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, making it perfect for early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The room was clean and hygienic, with plenty of hot water, so I slept soundly. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover!"

"This hotel is uniquely located within an expo park right next to the World Expo site, which is quite rare. The environment is exceptionally quiet and comfortable, completely free from street noise, allowing both my parents and children to rest wonderfully. I saw online that it was a newly opened hotel and was initially a bit worried, but there was absolutely no strange odor, so we felt very at ease staying here. Shopping is also very convenient nearby, with a commercial street and a mall not far away. It's quite easy to take my parents and children to the Safari Park and the World Expo from here. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit."

"This place is quite close to Colorful Yunnan No.1 City, and you can find food right downstairs. In terms of hotel facilities and cleanliness, there were no issues at all – they even use disposable towels. The room was also spacious. It was really comfortable to turn on a light at night, write in my journal, or just zone out and look out the window. The big screen was excellent too; I cast 'Yumi's Cells 3' to it, and it was fantastic! Plus, I had a bit of mild altitude sickness, and around 4 or 5 AM, standing up and watching the people at the BBQ restaurant outside and hearing faint voices made me feel a little less bored and scared. The only potential concern might be that the rooms aren't on a dedicated floor for guesthouses. The neighboring rooms might be occupied by local residents or tenants, leading to more complex elevator traffic and a feeling that security could be improved. However, I didn't experience any security issues during my stay, and overall, I had a very good experience."

"The front desk upgraded us to a large family room for free, which was incredibly spacious and offered amazing value for money! We were very satisfied. The bathroom facilities were also new and quite smart. We'll definitely book this place again next time we're here. It's very close to the airport and they provided timely shuttle service. The only downsides were that the room door felt a bit thin and there was a noticeable gap at the bottom, which affected soundproofing. However, it was generally pretty quiet at night, and our child really enjoyed the stay."
