"This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!"

"I had an early flight the next morning, so I wanted to book a hotel close to the airport. When I saw Manju, a brand under New Century Hotels & Resorts, I didn't hesitate and booked it immediately. I often stay at New Century hotels and always appreciate their excellent service, quality, and cleanliness. Plus, this hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for travelers and a big bonus. After a smooth check-in, our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. It was fully equipped with smart home features and even earplugs, though we didn't need them at all. Sleeping with the window open was perfectly quiet, and the view of the vast green space outside was beautiful and refreshing. There were also many restaurants, convenience stores, and local specialty shops nearby, which was very convenient. In the morning, the front desk called to remind us about the shuttle bus departure time. We went down to the lobby a few minutes early, and the front desk had thoughtfully prepared individual breakfast bags containing milk, eggs, and bread. There was also free coffee and water in the lobby. I have to say, the hotel really thinks of everything! The shuttle bus departed on time. When we arrived at the airport, we suddenly remembered that we had left the flower pastries we bought the night before in the room. Going back to the hotel would have been too tight a schedule, so with a hopeful heart, I called the front desk and explained the situation. The front desk responded quickly, retrieved the flower pastries from the room in less than 10 minutes, and handed them to the driver who was about to leave, who then brought them to us. We felt such a relief when we got the pastries, as they were a Yunnan souvenir for our friends. A huge thank you to the front desk lady on the morning of the 12th; she was beautiful and kind, efficiently and quickly helping me solve the problem. I regret not knowing her name. And also a big thank you to the driver at 7:30 AM, who safely and quickly delivered our gift. Thank you, New Century, thank you, Manju, and thank you to all the staff. Your patient, meticulous, warm, and thoughtful service always makes my stays happy and reassuring. I extend my most sincere gratitude to both staff members again. ♥️"

"Great value for money. Very clean, wide room. Amenities include 2 bottles of water, kettle, hair dryer, soap and shampoo and disposable toothbrush etc. Shower water pressure is good and hot. Friendly staff. Free pick up and drop off after contacting hotel. I used Wechat and a translator lol. Many restaurants nearby. Will stay here next time I transit in Kunming. Thank you!"

"The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. The facilities were modern and well-equipped. It was very comfortable for my family and me to stay there. Due to a flight delay, the hotel proactively contacted us multiple times regarding the airport pick-up service on the day. We arrived at the airport at 1 AM, and the driver communicated quickly and had an excellent service attitude. Although breakfast was standard, it was more than good enough. Thank you, hotel, for giving us such a wonderful first impression upon arriving in Kunming."

"Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, making me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in. The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and clean; lying on it instantly melted away my fatigue. All the facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and bathroom all worked perfectly. The hot water came quickly and the temperature was stable, and the toiletries were ample and sufficient. They offer free late-night snacks, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient, getting you to the hotel in just 10 minutes. The front desk staff were also great, with a very good attitude! The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with no standing water, and it was meticulously cleaned. The room's soundproofing was effective, ensuring a quiet night and a high quality of rest. The staff were gentle and polite, and check-in/check-out was efficient, with quick responses to any requests. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both short trips and brief stays. This time, my stay was a pleasant surprise, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area. I sincerely recommend it to everyone."

"Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back."

"The room was incredibly smart and clean, and I slept so comfortably. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our room for free. We arrived on a flight at 2 AM, and it was so convenient – they were already waiting for us for the airport pick-up. The hotel's private shuttle service was great, and the staff were very friendly. They also provide breakfast. A special shout-out to the auntie who made the rice noodles and fried eggs in the morning – she was so enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The hotel lobby is located on the 8th floor, offering breathtaking views of Dianchi Lake and the Sleeping Beauty Hills (Western Hills). The sunset views are especially therapeutic. As a brand focused on health and wellness, EVEN Hotel boasts unique details: rooms come with yoga mats, resistance bands, and a white noise system for better sleep, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine even on long trips. The rooms are new, clean, and feature a simple yet refreshing design, with very comfortable Sealy mattresses for a restful sleep. The Food and Beverage restaurant offers a rich breakfast selection, including authentic Yunnan copper pot rice noodles. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the lake view is an excellent experience. The hotel also features a 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and a kids' club, making it suitable for both family vacations and business trips. The location is superb, very close to Haihong Wetland Park and Haigeng Dam, making lakeside strolls very convenient. Tom was warm, attentive, and responded promptly. Overall, the value for money is excellent. This is my top choice when visiting Kunming Dianchi Lake, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the Spring City!"

"Before coming to Kunming, I compared many hotels and had initially booked another one, but I changed it to this hotel at the last minute the day before check-in. On the day of arrival, my flight landed early, so I reached the hotel around 10:00 AM. The front desk was very considerate and helped us check into a room that had been cleaned early! It's also super convenient for exploring nearby attractions; Cuihu Lake, Wenlin Street, Huangongdong Street, and Yunnan University are all within walking distance. Plus, downstairs there are restaurants, snack bars, coffee shops, fruit stores, and even hair salons – it couldn't be more convenient! As for the hotel facilities and service, on the first day, the front desk lady gave us some delicious fresh flower cakes. The hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, and there was even a late-night snack service. The restaurant on the 19th floor has great views, and on the 20th floor, there's a swimming pool terrace with a fantastic view. If it hadn't been a bit cold at night, I definitely would have gone for a swim. When we left on the third day, they even gave us a souvenir – the service was truly excellent! Oh, and I was initially worried about the soundproofing, but after 10 PM, most of the shops downstairs close and traffic lessens, so it was very quiet at night for sleeping! So I'm more than happy to give a good review, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit!"

"Beyond expectations! I chose this hotel because it is close to the business meeting venue near the airport. This hotel is sparkling new equipped with innovative and smart technology such as self-check in desk, delivery robot and smart room control! The room comes with perfect size and the bed is super comfy. There are a gym and a laundry area for the guests. Breakfast was superb! Many healthy and delicious options for Asian food with sunrise view from the top floor Airport transfers are free of charge which can be booked 2 hours prior departure."
