"This hotel is excellent! Even though it's near the airport, it's incredibly quiet, and you can't hear any airplane noise at all. Before I even left, a sweet hotel staff member called to ask about my arrival time and told me the hotel offered airport pick-up. She even turned on the air conditioning in my room beforehand because she was worried we'd be cold, which was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel right at home. After I landed, the driver arrived very quickly, opened the door for us, and told us about the hotel's late-night snack options. Even though they were simple, seeing the steam rising from the pots late at night was so warm and touching. I later found out the lovely young lady who prepared the rice noodles was the same one who called me earlier. The two young ladies at the front desk also had excellent service attitudes and even gave my daughter a souvenir. I suddenly felt like this hotel had the warmth of a home, all thanks to these wonderful women. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean. I especially want to praise the bed – it was incredibly comfortable, firm yet cozy. The pillows were also perfect, one latex and one soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. This is a warm and high-value-for-money hotel. I carefully researched and read reviews before coming, and the price was fantastic. It definitely lived up to expectations!"

"The hotel is very close to Kunming South Station, about a 5-8 minute drive. Our room basically had no view, but the interior decoration was quite nice, though the bathroom design was a bit peculiar; the ventilation was so good that it felt a bit cold when showering. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel is its service, from the warm welcome by the young lady when we arrived to the excellent attitude of the breakfast staff. The free shuttle service to the high-speed rail station is also a huge plus!"

Facilities: The projector was very clear, it came with a Tmall Genie for controls, and automatic curtains, making for a very convenient stay. Service: The service was excellent, check-in was smooth, and the stay was comfortable. 24-hour free shuttle service to/from the airport: The airport pickup service was very convenient, and the car's interior was also very nice."

"The hotel room was very clean and hygienic. The family room had both a large and a small bed, which was very comfortable for two adults and one child. Our flight landed in the middle of the night, and the hotel's airport pickup service was excellent; the driver actively helped with loading and unloading luggage. The front desk staff were also very helpful! The breakfast had a good variety too, with rice noodles, bread, fruit, milk, and yogurt. And it all tasted great!"

"The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kunming Old Street and Green Lake Park. Getting a taxi is also convenient. There are many snack shops nearby, and the local chicken rice noodles are amazing. The room was very clean and tidy, which I was very happy with. The service was very warm, and the staff would actively greet you when they saw you. There's also complimentary afternoon tea and evening desserts. Upon check-in, they gave us hot and delicious flower pastries, which I actually think are better than those from Jia Hua."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had an amazing view, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct panorama of the city lights by the lake – perfect for photos. The room's decor was chic and minimalist, the furniture felt high-quality, and it was incredibly clean, even the smallest details. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's really well-suited for modern young people, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"Even though we were just in Kunming for a layover before our flight to Baoshan tomorrow, we weren't willing to compromise on quality, and the Hilton certainly didn't disappoint – in fact, it was absolutely stunning! We had booked a family room in advance, and upon arrival, they upgraded us to a suite. The front desk service was excellent. When they saw us trying to check in amidst a tour group, they immediately escorted us to a side counter to assist us. They gave us two fresh flower cakes and a walnut cake, and the walnut cake was even warm, which quickly eased my daughter's hunger. The room had two beds in two separate rooms: a 2-meter king-size bed and a smaller bed, about 1.5 meters. Even next to the smaller bed, they thoughtfully placed a small table to serve as a nightstand. For the bathtub, the hotel thoughtfully provided a bathtub liner and a loofah bath sponge. I have to give a special shout-out to the showerhead in the bathroom; the water temperature indicator was very clear, so there was no risk of accidentally getting doused with cold water. Plus, hot water was instant! Isn't that amazing? Also, the adjustable shower rod was incredibly easy to use, and changing the showerhead's direction was effortless – unlike some hotels where you have to shower according to the showerhead's fixed direction. Both the living room and bedroom had sofas, and the decor was tastefully done, genuinely making you feel at home. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and we regretted not taking the 2 PM flight to enjoy it a little longer. The small-pot rice noodles and Ersi (rice cake strips) for breakfast were also excellent. Five-star recommendation!"

The attentive service attitude, and excellent pick-up/drop-off service from both the subway station and the airport are top-notch. Facilities: Well-equipped. "Clean and hygienic. For such a low price, they even offer airport transfers and smart home features throughout the room. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very kind and helped me out multiple times. In the morning, I was feeling lazy, so I ordered breakfast. I think it was only ten yuan or something (can't quite remember), but definitely not expensive. The fruit was delicious and sweet, and they even had rice noodles. Super good value! 😋 Yunnan is beautiful even in winter ~ A truly worthwhile trip!"
