Breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially loved the fried rice; it was delicious. Since my flight the next day was in the afternoon, the staff even let me extend my check-out until 3 PM for free and gave me some local specialty cookies. To get this kind of service for a price of only one or two hundred yuan is truly incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a hotel for a layover! 🤗"

"So glad I chose this hotel! Liruide Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cuihu Park (unlike many other hotels that claim to be near but are much further). There are also countless excellent restaurants and shops nearby, offering plenty of choices. The hotel itself is superb. Being on a high floor, the Sky Bar and restaurant on the 19th floor offer panoramic views of Cuihu Park and the beautiful cityscape of Kunming. If you book a lake view room, you can enjoy the stunning views of Cuihu Lake right from your room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's decor, with its strong contrast of classic black, red, and grey, feels modern, stylish, and tasteful from the moment you step into the lobby. I especially loved the ”ENJOY IT” neon signs in the lobby and restaurant; indeed, you can truly enjoy all the beauty Liruide has to offer. My room, though not large, was incredibly comfortable. The bedding ensured a good night's sleep. It was spotlessly clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water, draining super fast (many hotels struggle with drainage, but Liruide nailed this detail). The smart toilet was a nice bonus. While breakfast wasn't lavish, it featured local Yunnan specialties and was more than sufficient. A freshly made rice noodle roll with a generous topping of braised meat was the perfect way to start a day full of energy. What truly touched me was the friendly and thoughtful staff. After checking out, I had a video conference in the lobby, and a staff member specially lowered the lobby music volume for me and kindly brought a bottle of water. A huge thank you to Mr. Curry at the front desk for his meticulous service. Your kind and warm attention made us feel as comfortable and wonderful as if we were home, which is a rare treat for those of us constantly on the go. Oh, and the rose petal shortbread offered at check-in was absolutely delicious! The rich rose fragrance bloomed in my mouth with just the right touch of sweetness – unforgettable. For parking, you can drive onto the sidewalk, inform the front desk, and a staff member will immediately valet park your car. After a two-day stay, my experience was simply perfect. The next time I'm in Kunming for business, I'll definitely book here in advance to enjoy it all again."

"A real hidden gem, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kungming hotel. The staff were very friendly, warm and really helpful, which is an important thing I look for in my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, neat and tidy, the room was beautiful with a large bathtub, clean linen and a comfortable bed. The hotel gives guests a complimentary fruit plate, bottled water and toiletries so no need to bring your own. There is a beautiful park only a two minute walk away, which in April, was in full bloom and worth a visit. I’m gutted I only spent on night there, would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back and visit again, for longer next time."
