"Bringing my kids to the Mile Hot Spring Hotel was a fantastic decision! The family room was amazing. The owner even gave us a free upgrade! The room was spacious, and my child had their own little bed and toys, which they absolutely loved. The private hot spring on the balcony had the perfect water temperature, it was clean and very private – our whole family thoroughly enjoyed soaking in it. The hotel also thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to service. Full marks, highly recommend!"

"The hotel's guest services called a day in advance to ask about our estimated arrival time, if there were any elderly guests, and any special needs. It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎 The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation and an amazing ambiance. I have to say, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are incredibly picturesque! 😛 The hotel breakfast offered both Western options and Yunnan's special rice noodles, and it was consistently good every morning. 😊 All the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. 👍🏼 From the environment, cleanliness, facilities, to the service, my family and I were extremely satisfied. "Every staff member provided excellent service and patiently answered customer questions. The restaurants recommended by the staff (He Shun Fish Restaurant and Xiao Tou Canteen) were great. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, exceeding expectations. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Dongfengyun Scenic Area and Huquan Ecological Park. The hotel also has hot springs and a children's playground, which the kids loved. Overall, a fantastic stay."

"The hotel gave me a very good first impression. When I was embarrassed by other hotels late on April 1st, I went directly to this one. The room is clean and tidy: Opened at the beginning of the year, everything in the room was very clean and tidy. The design is very practical, the location of various facilities is very good and very convenient. Moreover, facilities for luggage, washbasins, dry and wet separation toilets, shower baths, tea, tables and chairs, big beds, smart ”Xiaodu” room management are all available. The boss is very sincere in providing 65-inch TVs. My favorite is the mattress, the hardness is suitable, the pillow has two kinds of height and low, a total of 4 choices. The quilt is light, and the quilt cover is soft and very comfortable. Staying in April, no air conditioning is required at night, only windows are opened, dry, cool, and there are anti-mosquito nets. There is a washing machine on the first floor, which I have not used. But the laundry room is facing the elevator, and everyone who sees the laundry every day knows that they are satisfied with the service. There should have been potted plants on the left side of the hotel entrance, but there is a slide in that location to facilitate dragging luggage, and move the plants to the right. Should put some flowers to look good. Services: The room service has not been missed for the time being, and all size requirements have been met and can be done. The room is clear and not sloppy, tested, corners, and hidden places are cleaned every day. I don't ask for a bed change every day, a quilt cover. But every day the cleaners re-cover. The two waiters at the front desk in the morning and evening shifts are worthy of praise. They have a positive response to each request. "The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Every staff member is professional and patient. Special shout-outs to Mi Tao 🍑, Cao Mei 🍓, You Zi 🍐, and Pu Tao 🍇. The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the scenic area. The hot springs are quite unique, the singing bowl sound healing is very therapeutic, and the Baduanjin and meditation sessions are also very interesting."

"The cabin was absolutely amazing! It felt like it was designed by a foreign national or someone who lived abroad, very North American in style, with incredible attention to detail. Even the bathroom tiles were perfectly aligned. The toiletries were high quality and everything was spotless. There was even a lovely woody scent in the house. The view was breathtaking! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was very well-designed, offering plenty of space. On New Year's Eve, there were comedy and stand-up shows, which made it all worth the price. Most of the staff had excellent service attitudes. I hope they maintain this standard; I'd love to come back every year!"

"The hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, boasting stunning scenery. The hotel's style perfectly matches the area, making it a unique and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"Located next to the city center, it's convenient for accessing other attractions. The rooms are large, clean, and the air conditioning is excellent. There's parking, and an elevator goes directly to the hotel. The lobby on the first floor is grand and has a large lounge area. Rose tea is available. There's also a billiards room and a gym on the first floor. On the seventh floor, there are three cozy hot spring baths that kids had a great time playing in. Located on the top floor, it offers panoramic city views and beautiful sunsets. Breakfast is served on the second floor, with a wide variety of options including braised chicken rice noodles, steamed buns, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, soy milk, and milk. The Hamptons brand hotel is highly recommended."
