It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎 The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation and an amazing ambiance. I have to say, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are incredibly picturesque! 😛 The hotel breakfast offered both Western options and Yunnan's special rice noodles, and it was consistently good every morning. 😊 All the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. 👍🏼 From the environment, cleanliness, facilities, to the service, my family and I were extremely satisfied. Choosing the MGallery was definitely a wise decision! 🌹🌹🌹"

"Bringing my kids to the Mile Hot Spring Hotel was a fantastic decision! The family room was amazing. The owner even gave us a free upgrade! The room was spacious, and my child had their own little bed and toys, which they absolutely loved. The private hot spring on the balcony had the perfect water temperature, it was clean and very private – our whole family thoroughly enjoyed soaking in it. The hotel also thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to service. Full marks, highly recommend!"

The overall garden landscape is beautiful and perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt, with thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy hot springs and leisurely walks, as the facilities are comprehensive. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is superb. It's an ideal choice for a vacation in Mile. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!"

"Facilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes. Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight. Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake. Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude. Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty. Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience."

"The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Every staff member is professional and patient. Special shout-outs to Mi Tao 🍑, Cao Mei 🍓, You Zi 🍐, and Pu Tao 🍇. The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the scenic area. The hot springs are quite unique, the singing bowl sound healing is very therapeutic, and the Baduanjin and meditation sessions are also very interesting."

"Every staff member provided excellent service and patiently answered customer questions. The restaurants recommended by the staff (He Shun Fish Restaurant and Xiao Tou Canteen) were great. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, exceeding expectations. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Dongfengyun Scenic Area and Huquan Ecological Park. The hotel also has hot springs and a children's playground, which the kids loved. Overall, a fantastic stay."

"The hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, boasting stunning scenery. The hotel's style perfectly matches the area, making it a unique and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"The hotel is cost-effective, antique, located in the center of Honghe Water Town, there are two courtyards, South and North courtyards, the second and third floors are accommodation rooms, no elevator, there is a large platform view on the third floor, you can dry clothes, relax and drink tea party, the hotel cultural atmosphere is strong, the hotel aisle, There are calligraphy and paintings hanging everywhere in the corridor, there is a two-story large study room, there are quite a lot of books, it is a place that I have lived and want to come."

"We arrived quite late, coming from the Stone Forest. I had contacted the hotel beforehand, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They held a room for us and even gave us a free upgrade to a king-size bed room. Parking was super convenient, as they have their own lot. Any needs we had after checking in were promptly and well resolved. We had a great experience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was exactly as shown on the website."

Environment: From the rooftop, you can see Huquan Ecological Park, which is very close. It's very quiet at night. There are electric scooters nearby, which is very convenient. The lobby offers candies, drinks, and hot water. The environment is clean and cozy."
