"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"For the Dongfengyun Scenic Area tour, I booked the Dongfengyun Niuduoluo Music Farmhouse in Dongfengyun. If you want to feel the quiet night when all the travelers have left and the quiet and peaceful appearance of Dongfengyun in the early morning, stay here. We checked in in the afternoon. When we entered the room, we could see the whole lake through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also prepared yogurt and fruit in advance. After checking in, we first experienced the hotel's swimming pool and hot springs. The swimming pool was very clean, and someone would take away fallen leaves in time. The lifeguards would always be by the pool, making people feel very safe. The pool was also very comfortable, and the a**osphere was even better after the lights were turned on at night. After the hot spring, I went back to the room to change clothes. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the sunset, and the scenery against the lake was extremely beautiful!
After packing up and going downstairs to eat, the front desk lady recommended a restaurant that made Maitreya specialties. I went to taste it and it was very good! Thanks for the recommendation!
Because it is facing the street, I dare not open the window when sleeping at night, but there is a problem, it is hot without air conditioning, and cold with air conditioning... The room comes with two sets of kimonos for a man and a woman, which is great.
There were three of us together, the man and his baby were in the hot springs, and the woman was taking pictures in kimono. After that, go and eat and drink nearby. Perfect, right. The river view room also has a nice environment. The breakfast provided is just opposite the price and tastes good. The three family members are all satisfied. If we come to Maitreya again, we will still order this.
