"This was my second visit to Mile, and I chose to stay at Lake Spring Hotel Block E again, mainly for the unlimited access to the mountainside hot springs. Upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The view from the window was lovely, and I enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The hotel service was excellent, as always. Although Block E is a bit further from the Lakeside restaurant, which offers a great breakfast spread, it's conveniently close to the mountainside hot springs. Plus, the front desk provides a free shuttle service on demand, which is really handy. All the necessary in-room amenities are there, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony – no worries about wet clothes after soaking in the hot springs. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!"

"Peach, Orange, and Bitter Melon all demonstrated exceptional professionalism during our stay. Their meticulous and expert service significantly enhanced our travel experience. The outstanding butler service and professional therapists are definitely highlights of this hotel. The hotel's environment is excellent, with a high concentration of negative oxygen ions that genuinely relax both body and mind. The professional service made us feel truly comfortable. Moreover, the sound healing, Eight-Section Brocade, and meditation classes were incredibly soothing. The hot spring pools are plentiful and distinctive, making it perfect for healing and rejuvenation! Highly recommended! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary yogurt and herbal tea were healthy and natural. We will definitely return!"

"I took my two aunts to travel. The homestay is located in a very comfortable community. Parking is very convenient. It is very close to the Huquan Ecological Park. The overall design of the homestay is stylish and warm, and the room facilities are also very high-end, especially like the bathroom and small balcony. Health is not to say. The proprietress was particularly hospitable. She knew that we had elderly people and quickly transferred the room to the second floor. The whole family went out to help us carry our luggage. When we left, the proprietress was eating out, and she just rode back to help us carry our luggage. We added toiletries, mineral water, and fruit knife every time, really touched. At present, I am taking my father for a medical examination. If I allow travel, I plan to take him to escape the heat. I will stay for a long time. It is better than some Kangyang hotels. The room is large and the environment is good. There is no such tide."

"The environment of the homestay is super good, there is a super soft sofa, the room is very large and the price is super affordable, the things are complete, the service is super good, the landlord sister is very gentle and enthusiastic, we arrived very late, she can't find the homestay, she came out to pick us up, the landlord sister also recommended a lot of delicious and fun for us place! Many things in the homestay are new, and they will be filled immediately if they are missing. There are many foods nearby. It is very close to Huquan Ecological Park and Honghe Water Town. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to other attractions! The three of us recommended this homestay to our friends, it is really super recommended! (We didn't take the photos of the homestay, but it was really clean and the room was very new)"

"Facilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes. Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight. Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake. Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude. Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty. Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience."
