The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation. the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area. there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special dont miss it we have had great time there."
