The breakfast staff quickly cleared dishes, and the kids' club was a lifesaver for parents. Service: The second section of the hotel houses the service center. Xiao Wan, who checked us in, and the housekeeping staff deserve a definite five-star rating. After check-in, seeing our numerous bags, Xiao Wan personally drove us to the villa entrance and even helped us get a room upgrade. When our room had a minor issue, the engineering department promptly came to fix it, and they actively helped us switch rooms. We never felt neglected. The shuttle service was always prompt, and our whole family was very happy and satisfied. Cleanliness: Due to the extensive vegetation, some insects are inevitable. However, since it wasn't peak summer, the bugs were relatively manageable and not too numerous, which was acceptable.
