"I was on a business trip to Pan'an. It was very convenient just off the highway. The hotel service was in place. There was a restaurant downstairs. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service staff was very enthusiastic. There was a river downstairs, surrounded by mountains and water. It should be nice to take the kids to play in the water during the summer vacation. They also gave us Tremella soup in the evening. It was very delicious and considerate."

"1. The overall check-in experience was not good. The lights in the room came on inexplicably in the morning! The music in the room also reminded me of it inexplicably! Was woken up early in the morning. Feedback to the main station, only explanation without any apology! 2. There are bedbugs in the room, which is common this season. They say that bugs cannot be avoided! It's not like it's their problem. Why! This service! 3. One of the dishes ordered for the room meal was cold and unpalatable, and no satisfactory solution was given after feedback! Overall stay was not satisfactory"

"This time I stayed at the Baolong Yixuan Hotel in An, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and all aspects are worthy of praise! Close to Baolong Commercial Street, it is super convenient to go shopping for food. You can enjoy the night view of the Luota and the scenery of the river. In the evening, the riverside walk is full of comfort. It is not used to go back and eat. Check-in is efficient and fast, Xiao Yang and Xiao Chen at the front desk are warm and patient, consult the surrounding play, local food are meticulously answered, the problem is responded quickly, the whole process is gentle and polite, the buffet breakfast is complete, the room is equipped with large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and the lighting view is full. Some room types have oversized bathtubs, soaking baths soothing the fatigue of the journey; intelligent robots can deliver goods and meals, self-check-in machines save trouble in line, bathrooms, beddings are clean and tidy, sound insulation is online, rest at night is stable, and has been recommended to friends to stay."

"The room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the provincial-level trails are bustling with people jogging, fishing, and walking their dogs early in the morning, truly relaxing. The hotel's chef is excellent, and the dendrobium and chicken soup is authentic and delicious. The breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of dishes and a twist on local specialties. While the noise from the construction site across the street was a little disturbing, the construction schedule was manageable. We even brought our dog with us, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire stay – a huge thumbs-up."

"I highly recommend this guesthouse! The service, cleanliness, and facilities all exceeded my expectations. Facilities: It's a newly opened guesthouse, so the facilities are all new and there was no unpleasant smell. I was really impressed by the Laifen hairdryer, and the bathroom is also great! Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Since it's in a village, I was worried about mosquitoes, but there weren't any at all. Environment: We chose this guesthouse because we were taking the kids to climb Nineteen Peaks, and it was a 15-minute drive away. We got a good night's sleep there; it was very quiet. Service: Finally, I have to praise the service. The manager contacted me three weeks before our trip, providing detailed information about parking, directions, and restaurants. Since we weren't familiar with the area, we booked dinner at the guesthouse, and it was surprisingly delicious. The set meal for two, plus an extra scrambled eggs, was more than enough for the whole family. The manager was also very attentive during our stay, and even gave us a souvenir upon departure. Looking forward to my next stay! Since the area isn't fully developed yet, I hope it will be different next time I visit."
