"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"The hotel is very good, with a large space and a good view. There is also a table by the window. The table is clean, the bed is clean, and the breakfast is affordable and delicious. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, it feels like many years, there is no hair dryer, no air conditioning, it is very hot to sleep at night, and the window is fixed, but the price is really affordable"

The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!"

"The stay was excellent. The hotel paid exceptional attention to detail, which was very heartwarming. The room attendant noticed I was taking cold medicine and left a small note to show their concern, even adding two extra bottles of water. The front desk staff were very welcoming and greeted me with smiles throughout. Check-in was also very quick. It was all exceptionally good. The room was also very spacious and exactly as pictured. Most importantly, the breakfast was truly delicious with a wide variety of options."

"This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened."
