This stay was really pleasant, from the environment to the service is impeccable!
The decoration of the hotel is elegant and new Chinese style. The wooden stairs are matched with warm light belts. The lanterns and green plants in the corridors make people feel warm and stylish. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the details are full of care. It is particularly comfortable to live in.
What touched me most was that the suitcase suddenly broke before the trip. When I was in a hurry to turn around, the boss took the initiative to help repair it after seeing it! Not only patiently dismantled and debugged, but also helped me repair the box for free, perfectly solving my urgent need. This intimate and enthusiastic is really far beyond expectations, and people feel full of warmth in a foreign country.

"The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience.
We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending.
As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation.

"The hotel's location is truly excellent and quite central. To the right, just straight out of the hotel, is the Ancient City of Weidu. Not far behind the hotel is Chunqiu Tower (which you can also reach by walking from the Ancient City of Weidu), and across the street is Pang Dong Lai Times Square. If you head left from the hotel, you can get to Wenfeng Pagoda (passing by Pang Dong Lai). Maybe I just enjoy walking, so anything within 15 minutes doesn't feel like a big deal, haha. For Baling Bridge and the museum, you'll need a taxi, but they're quite close, so a taxi ride isn't expensive – it's just a bit far to walk. Wanda Plaza is also quite close if you take a taxi. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are also very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I had a very pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk and every staff member were wonderful – very gentle and polite, and they handled things incredibly fast and efficiently. I really give this a huge thumbs up!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away.
The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for.
Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room.
Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay."

"We booked a king-size bed and a twin bed, and the front desk staff was very considerate to move us to the same floor. The front desk also provided hot mineral water when we checked in.
The room was very large, and there was a disposable bathtub bag for bathing in the bathtub. They also gave us cucumbers for facial application, but they were a little short. It was a pity that there was no place to put the phone in the bath, and there were not enough toilet paper rolls, so there was only one in the whole room. It was very embarrassing.

In the evenings, they also provide complimentary 'goodnight' drinks. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the ingredients are very fresh. When we checked out, I forgot something, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in contacting me to remind me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The view is better and the room is slightly larger. It was noon when I arrived at the store. The high-speed rail station belongs to the new district. There is nothing delicious around. I ordered a Chinese meal at the hotel. The fried pork with pepper is 28 yuan. The weight is very large and I can feel the kindness of Xuchang boss. The corridor has a Song-style slope top shape, which is very Jiangnan artistic conception. The room is 28 square meters, the three districts are separated, the background music of the TV is very soothing, there is a tea table, the quality of black tea is OK, you can watch the tea by the window, the industry can open the computer office, and the two stools are also convenient for two people to drink and chat. Bathrobes are also provided in the bathroom. Breakfast is also rich. Some suggestions, the four pillows on the bed are high pillows and down pillows. For customers who are used to sleeping on low pillows and memory pillows, they are a bit unaccustomed. This store is relatively close to the Fat Donglai Angel City store, 4 kilometers away. AAnonymous UserExcellent service, spotless and hygienic, and the room was a series of pleasant surprises. The clean and tidy environment was immediately impressive upon entering. The bedding was soft, made of raw cotton, and the mattress was perfectly firm. It came with two different types of pillows, making it incredibly comfortable to fall asleep immediately after a long night's travel. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, the smart toilet was very convenient, and the soundproofing throughout the house was superb – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all, even as a light sleeper like myself, I slept soundly. The most delightful feature was the window design; opening the curtains in the morning revealed a beautiful street view, and the bright, natural light was perfect for taking photos.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and check-out was very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
