"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip."

"Important reminder: The hotel room had absolutely nothing, it was incredibly basic, far exceeding expectations! There wasn't even any drinking water! The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport; otherwise, it has no redeeming qualities whatsoever! The room was spacious and tidy, with modern and complete facilities. The free Wi-Fi signal wasn't very stable. This place is only suitable for a temporary stay if you have an early flight! Avoid this place. The 24-hour front desk staff were super enthusiastic, patiently and meticulously answering questions about directions and solving problems."

"A very clean hostel with a convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station. There's a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket right at the subway exit, which is super handy for groceries. Facilities: The common areas are spacious, including a work area, social lounge, dining area, restrooms, and shower rooms – all very clean and tidy. Environment: Everything felt quite new and clean, with no unpleasant odors. I stayed one night in an 8-bed dorm, and everyone was very quiet. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently."

"The place was great, with a terrace that got the sun from early in the morning. The facilities were clean and the rooms were spotless. I really liked that there were LED lights in the shower, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere and as a couple, well, you know :). Good location with the Estrecho metro station next door, several VERY GOOD places to eat. I was left wanting to try the breakfast buffet, but I guess it's okay, the common areas are very cool."

"Right in the centre of Gran Via. Next to Ray Ban and Zara store. Perfect base. 001 bus from Madrid train station stops in front of the hotel and the metro stop Gran Via Callelllo stop is in front of the hotel. The facilities are cleaned regularly. Each room has an A&C or fan. The WiFi is also very strong. A really good hotel with great facilities and affordable."

"This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour."

"The building is under modernization. New rooms even if the room in our case had no sideways. A little asphytic. Noise from the adjacent rooms. I think that with my child we have given many trouble to other guests because it was almost all that was felt from the next rooms. The breakfast is not very different and it is to be done within 10 a.m. after access is blocked and lights on the buffet are down. In the vicinity there is the stop metro Alonso Martinez line 10 and 4"

"The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, which makes shopping easy, and it's not far from the main attractions either. The environment is nice, and we had a great check-in experience! We booked this hotel three months in advance, and it definitely exceeded our expectations."

"The room was clean and the bathroom also clean and had everything I needed. I have absolutely no complaints there. WLAN worked well and reliably, except for a few disconnects, but it was not included. The cleaning personnel offered to clean the room more frequently than was necessary, which was fine, but I don't need my room to be cleaned every day or even every second day. I keep it quite clean anyway. The only thing I missed was a little fridge to put drinks in, so that I could cool water bottles or milk. The reception desk people were also always friendly and understood my bad Spanish and were helpful. Thank you. If you don't have to be in the very center of Madrid, the location of this hotel is still fine, since the metro is merely 5min away walking distance and quickly gets you anywhere in Madrid."
