"The hotel is conveniently located near the local train station. The staff are friendly and communicative, and the rooms are new, clean, and well-equipped. The room size offers good value for money. However, the area around the hotel is a bit far from restaurants and shops, so it's a bit of a walk if you don't have a car. Overall, it's a good place to stay before a flight or after just arriving."

"Bit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that."

"Overall experience: The hotel staff at the front desk were all able to communicate in English, were very friendly, and patiently helped resolve any issues. Check-in is officially at 2 PM, but when I arrived around 10 AM, there happened to be an available room, so the front desk immediately processed my check-in without any extra charge. Pros: 1️⃣ Great location, about a 3-minute walk from the Sol metro station. It's convenient to walk or take public transport to several famous attractions. Directly opposite the hotel's back door is a small supermarket where you can buy snacks and the like. 2️⃣ Felt very safe. The police station is less than five meters from the hotel's back door, and you can see many police officers in the square during the day. 3️⃣ Every morning, breakfast is hung on the door, which includes a bottle of water and bread. Downstairs, there's 24-hour coffee, fruit, etc. (I didn't try it). Cons: 1️⃣ Windows couldn't be opened for ventilation, so the room felt quite stuffy. 2️⃣ The mini-fridge in the room occasionally made strange noises, which might startle those who are easily scared. 3️⃣ I booked a single room, and there was no view outside the window. I'm not sure if other rooms are better. Note: Google Maps directs you to the hotel's back entrance; you'll need to walk around to reach the front entrance."

"The hotel is quite new, with excellent facilities, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The room wasn't huge, but as I was traveling solo, it was perfectly adequate. The bathroom had adjustable heating, so it wasn't cold at all in winter. While it's not in the city center, transportation is very convenient; it's about a 30-minute ride by taxi or public transport to the bustling areas. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The area also has some newer office buildings and residential complexes, so it feels very safe. But all of this isn't even the main point. The main point is that the staff at this hotel are the most professional, friendly, empathetic, and enthusiastic people I've encountered during my month-long trip in Europe. I stayed in Madrid for six days, and every staff member I met at this hotel was incredibly friendly. Especially a gentleman named Miguel, who always had a bright and infectious smile on his face and was always proactive and enthusiastic in helping resolve any issues guests had. I can't remember all the staff members' names, but I'm truly grateful for all the service and assistance they provided during my stay. This will definitely be my top choice if I visit Madrid again."

"The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but they offer a free shuttle service. You need to pay attention to the schedule and pick-up/drop-off locations. From the airport to the hotel, you can just hop on the shuttle directly. However, in the morning when heading back to the airport, you'll need to get a ticket from the front desk first. The shuttle runs infrequently, so if you miss it, you'll have to take a taxi. Otherwise, it's a standard Ibis, pretty much what you'd expect."

"This is a very new hotel, and there's still a lot of undeveloped land in front of it. The location is a bit out of the way, so it's more convenient if you're traveling by car. Parking nearby is easy, and there's a gas station, a mall, and a supermarket. There's a bus stop about a ten-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the city center."

"I don't recommend this hotel, based on the following personal experience: 1. The hotel front desk didn't read the notes. The notes required a quiet room, and gave me a corner room near the sewer. Every night, I don't know if it was the next door or the upstairs who started taking a shower, and the water pipe started to make noises. (Attached is a video, you can turn on the sound to listen) After communicating, the front desk was a very mean older man, who rudely refused directly because there was no room, and there was no apology or other alternatives. 2. The breakfast is very poor If you have to pay extra, it is not recommended to book. We only had breakfast one day and didn't eat the next day. There were very few things and it was very simple. 3. The room type is not good, and the price is not cheap The standard room faces the inner window, the ventilation is average, and the bathroom has a bad smell. The price booked at RIU two days before check-in was 1800/night, and the price of this hotel with early check-out during the peak season was 1700, but the feeling was really average in comparison."

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip."

"Despite looking like being close to the airport you have a 20 minute ride and the hotel offers no Shuttle Service, leaving you to pay 25€ per ride, costing extra 50€ to go back and forth. The staff wasn’t exactly welcoming nor helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Next time I’ll look for a better hotel by paying 20€ and save me the extra costs."
