"It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others."

"Ibis Norte is a new, very clean hotel. The bar and restaurant area has a fun retro decor. The rooms are dark and minimalist - nice to come back to after an overstimulating day exploring the city. The gym was also very nice and there is a beautiful rooftop. The only thing I would like is if there was a little coffee or hot water machine in the room. It's only about a 10 minute walk from Metro Las Tablas which is very convenient."

"Excellent location right near Atocha, making train travel super convenient. There's a supermarket nearby where you can grab a 1.5L bottle of water for less than 0.50 Euro, which is a great deal. Plenty of dining options too; there's local cuisine right downstairs, and a 5-minute walk will get you to a Japanese ramen shop and a Chinese restaurant called Jiangnan Xiaoguan, perfect for when you're craving some authentic Chinese flavors."

In the distance, the dark mountains lay serenely beneath the clear sky, soft as if painted with ink. A few early stars dotted the velvety, deep blue night sky, sparkling with soft, fragmented light. The old plane tree in front of the house spread its lush branches, its leaves swaying gently in the evening breeze, casting dappled, silver-like moonlight. The night-blooming jasmine by the wall was quietly unfolding, its sweet fragrance filling the air, mingling with the earthy smell of the soil."

"Terrible service. I stayed only because I missed a connecting flight. I booked a 6-hour stay, arriving at the hotel at 1:30 AM. When I asked the only receptionist there that day, he quoted me the highest price, so I opted to book through TripAdvisor right then and there, as it was more convenient. That's when his service changed completely. I booked a 6-hour stay, so I should have checked out at 7:40 AM. However, he told me I had to leave at 6:00 AM because that's what the system showed. Another guest arrived right then, and he offered to extend his stay by 30 minutes without the guest even asking. However, he told me I had to leave at 6:00 AM. I booked 6 hours and he gave me 3 hours and 20 minutes. And every so often he made comments alluding to how I had booked through the app, saying it was the cheapest option, that I would get a room in a higher section, and that I shouldn't complain later. I told him I would write through the same app. I used the ”extend stay” option to ensure they honored what I had booked. When I told him I had done so, he said, ”Yes, I know, I'll get the message myself; I just received it, but you have to check out at 6:00 AM.” At 8:20 AM, I received his confirmation that he had accepted, presumably to avoid any problems. Although, obviously, I had already left at 6:00 AM. The hotel's occupancy rate was only 30%, so it was all purely due to the receptionist's whim."

"Honestly, the value for money isn't great. If it weren't for a business trip to attend an exhibition, I wouldn't have stayed here. The room basically only has a bed, no free water or a hairdryer. They don't even clean every day. It really depends on your personal preferences."
