"Location is really good almost the attractions near by. Staff miss aana such nice girl here to help me to put my luggage in locker room for free. The place very clean and comfortable according to budget. At night the noice is so much🥱 Suggest:- if the traveler reached late there is no one to accommodate them.. so if you reaching late then inform in advance and get all the information before you face problem. Thanks 🙏"

"Very nice hostel located near the metro and walkable distance from Cibeles (City stop for Airport Bus) and Atocha (Train station for departures to south Spain). Separate toilet, sink, and shower, is always a sign of good hostels. Could be better if there were individual curtains for beds and nightstand or ledge to put small items"

"Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, central location, right in the heart of the city. The metro is approximately 50 meters away, and a taxi ride from the airport takes about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and bars downstairs, and many attractions are within walking distance. Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and I didn't encounter any broken facilities during my stay. I really liked the decor, though the room size is quite small. I'd recommend booking a room with a terrace; I was lucky enough to get one with the largest terrace, and it was lovely to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. It would be perfect if the room came with a small kettle. Cleanliness: There were some minor stains on the bed sheets, but I didn't find any other cleanliness issues. Service: The front desk service was quite fast, but there wasn't really any 'service with a smile.' The female staff member who checked me in just took my passport, collected the deposit, and handed over the room card – that's it. The next day, I went down to the front desk with a small issue, and a male staff member (who seemed very professional and explained things clearly, perhaps a manager) helped me resolve it. Overall, if you're only in Madrid for a short trip of one or two nights and your budget is under 1000, I think this hotel is a good choice."

"I loved everything about my stay. There's a communal dining area with sofas, and a terrace on the 6th floor with city views. Two elevators were available. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent and firm. You can purchase a lock for your locker and rent a towel. Breakfast included free coffee and churros, and they offer 4 types of tea. There's also a communal fridge for food storage. We had a really pleasant chat with Daniel and Angela from the staff. I will definitely return here."

"The location is great, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Metro Line 1 is just 100 meters away, offering direct access to Chamartín and Atocha train stations without transfers. You'll need to transfer to get to the airport by metro, though. The kitchen is handy for cooking your own meals, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It's central to the places I wanted to visit, and I could walk to them all. The room I stayed in was very small, but it had everything I needed and was very clean, so everything was perfect. The staff is friendly."

"I chose this hotel because it's close to the scenic area, but it's incredibly small. Luggage storage is in the underground parking lot and requires a separate payment for a self-service storage system. Right around the corner is Carrefour, where you can buy water and snacks. Honestly, the hotel basically just provides a bed and a place to shower. You literally have to turn sideways to get in and out of some spaces."

"Good location, quiet and safe area. Kitchen to cook but the other residents didn't like it when I tried to use the kitchen. Separate rooms for men and women but I chose to stay in the men's room to be with my son. I never had an issue in there. Some of the staff were kind and some was rude and gossipping to other customers us. The problem was the second day when I tried to use the women”s bathroom when I woke up in the morning -as I was advised to by the staff- and some Latino women didn't allowed me to go to the toilet. I went to the men's bathroom although they didn't like it too using theirs. In the afternoon I went again to take a shower, again in the women's room, and two other Latino women started talking and talking, making recommendations and problem. Again I left. Asked the receptionist about their boss to file a complaint but nowhere to be found. Just like Acacias and Thirty One so in Las Rosas the same boss but hiding. You can”t contact them.The same company owns these three and four more hostels and I realised this is the way they operate. They definitely have a personal issue with me and I don”t know if it is because I am a European citizen and not a Latina or it is something else. But that kind of bullying I've suffered in their hostels is unexceptable and I will not allow it. I will proceed in the court against them as they treat me like they are superior, they bullied me and they have to get what they deserve. So I will see them in court. As for their other hostel Rio who have cancelled our reservations and caused us so much trouble yesterday, I will write my review for them in every detail. So disrespectful and so unprofessional."
