"Hotel Li Station ~ need to walk for 5 minutes, but the 13th line is old, not far from santlaza 20 minutes to arrive. The hotel is also small, but there are windows, it is quiet, and the health is average. But the male service at the front desk was very good, we checked out and gave us cafe and bread."

"I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay in your establishment on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ***********.
I checked into your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it.
This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem.
I request clarification on this situation and, more importantly, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve the quality of your service in the future"

"The room is relatively small but clean. The front desk service is good. You can leave your keys at the front desk every time you go out. The hotel is located in zone 2, but the surrounding bus and subway are also convenient, and it is convenient to eat. It is very quiet to sleep at night. Customers service (CS) : when the first time coming, not really nice. Next time, please check by online 1st before told to customer haven't paid yet. Because i had to paid everything by tiket.com including the taxes.

"The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and various tableware, suitable for cooking at home. It was also close to the subway and several small supermarkets nearby, making it quite convenient. Unfortunately, the front desk service was lacking. We arrived early in the morning, intending to leave our luggage and then head to the attractions. The front desk said there was a room available, which made us quite happy. However, upon check-out, we discovered we were charged €34 for this, a practice we found unacceptable. We contacted Ctrip and complained, which was resolved satisfactorily. However, the hotel failed to inform us that early check-in for vacant rooms incurred an extra charge, and this unauthorized deduction was extremely unpleasant. Therefore, we immediately cancelled all subsequent bookings."

"L'Imprimerie hotel is not a hotel with bells and wings!! It is a cozy and lovely one which gives lots of peace and comfort.
Everything in the room is pretty clean: room, bed, bathroom no complaints.
Marie and Pamela two L'Imprimerie angels are kind, helpful and know their jobs pretty well.
Breakfast is great and delicious.
Paris is a crowded city, but L'Imprimerie will give you the comfort you need after a long city walk... So next time no doubt I will come back here 😉"

Ttsz nam lauThe room was spacious and modern, with a king-sized bed that was incredibly comfortable after a long day of sightseeing/exploring meetings. I appreciated the clean, minimalist decor and the stunning city view from the window. Amenities like the high-speed Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and complimentary coffee station were thoughtful touches that made the stay feel hassle-free. The bathroom was spotless, with plush towels and generous toiletries – no complaints there!
On the plus side, the hotel's location is unbeatable: just a short walk from [landmark/metro station/restaurants]. Breakfast at the on-site café was a highlight – fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order eggs for a reasonable included price. The gym was well-equipped for a quick morning workout, and housekeeping kept everything impeccable without being intrusive.

Impossible to pee properly on the toilet because the wall is too close we have to stand on the side and I point out that I am small so imagine my husband!
Extremely loud woken up at 7am even with my earplugs...
At 10 a.m. the cleaning lady knocks on the door
We had the feeling that we had to leave quickly...
Trace of cigarette burn on the work surface for a non-smoking room…
In short, I won't go back
However I must point out that the staff were welcoming and the room was clean

PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning.
CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem.
Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

汪汪The hotel is only three minutes away from the subway, five minutes away from McDonald's, and there are at least three supermarkets nearby within five minutes, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English. I think the breakfast is good, with my favorite soy milk.

WWalesOnTourGreat little hotel for a budget stay, fresh bedding on a comfy bed, very clean room, very cosy room not much spare space but sufficient if it’s just a place to rest your head, quiet area so not worry of traffic all night to wake you up and the staff were very friendly. Amenities are pretty basic but the breakfast if selected was tasty.

GGuest UserThe hotel is OK. There is a password at the entrance. I booked a standard room with a kitchen. The room has kitchenware, microwave, induction cooker, tableware, refrigerator, which feels good. I don't have high requirements. It's far from the subway station. I heard from customers that it's not safe nearby at night, but I don't know if I've been out at night. I didn't encounter any problems when I went out during the day. The nearby supermarket is more than a kilometer away.
