"A great place to stay if you need some good quality, cheap accommodation for your weekend activities. I suggest trying to get a room from the 20th floor upwards though as the location can be quite noisy at night time. Staff were lovely and made the check-in and check-out process very simple. We were too busy to check out the hotel’s leisure amenities however wifi was quite spotty. Aside from the wifi, everything was great and we had a lovely stay."

"I found this property via Kayak which then led me to Trip.com. After paying I found the property was in a different location to the map and didn't match the photos. The email confirmation had the right photos and that's when I realised something strange was going on. I didn't know I'd be sharing this tiny apartment with a stranger until I turned up. It's basically someone's apartment. The living room has a curtained off area where I think someone else sleeps. The pillow smelled as if someone had already used it. Room just had a broken pedestal fan. The room also doesn't lock so I didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in there, let alone sleeping with a stranger right next door. Wifi also wasn't working. I left right away and found somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money at all, just a very strange situation. I travel a lot and won't ever be using Trip.com again either. Can't trust it."

"This hotel was average in pretty much every sense. It was ”fine” in that it had two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The layout was not very functional, the toilet was pretty much in the middle of the bathroom, the power points were hidden behind the middle of the double bed there were three chairs for four people. Staff were helpful but the television didn't always connect and there wasn't enough dishwashing supplies, bin bags or toilet paper for our stay, which all involved trips to reception. The hotel location is a short walk to Queen Street mall and lots of, mostly Asian, restaurants."

Pool area ok excepts for the noise of construction. Should have been informed. There are other hotels nearby I would suggest you look at"

"Stayed here for our anniversary and it was surprisingly pleasant and awesome. Staff were genuinely attentive and meet our needs, and room service was excellent throughout the stay. The hotel sits right above Central Station with direct internal access, super convenient with escalators linking straight to the street level. Room size was nice, bed comfy, though I do wish more lighting to make room a bit brighter. Still, the overall vibe felt premium without being stiff. Great base for exploring the city, and we felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out."

"My Worst Experience at a W Hotel to Date
I have stayed at various W properties, but my recent one-night stay at W Brisbane was easily my most disappointing experience with the brand. For a hotel that prides itself on design and luxury, the functional execution of the room was severely lacking.
There were several significant issues that made for a very uncomfortable night:
Poor Room Design: The air conditioning is positioned in a way that it blew directly onto my face all night. It was impossible to deflect, and I had to sleep on the other end of the bed. Then I had another issue below.
Disruptive Noise: The in-room refrigerator was close the the bed and making distracting noises throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep.
Between the mechanical noise and the poorly placed AC, I barely got any rest.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: after I woke up in the morning, I was shocked to find a visible hole in the bed sheets. This is not the level of quality control one expects from a five-star establishment. And the bath tub has visible torn and wears. Also the motel level toothbrush.
Service: there was no staff at the door helped me and my 70 yo mom with our luggages. I hvae to acknowledge that we arrived quite late but I did expect quality service from a lux hotel. And also no free upgrade offered like my stays with other W.
Honestly, I am just glad my stay was only for one night. I expected much better from the W brand and won't be rushing back to this particular location."

Great
YYUANThe service is simply not too disgusting! I went to check in, and I had to charge a deposit of $100. I didn’t pay much attention. When I swiped the card, I found that they had swiped nearly $500. I asked if my room had been prepaid. Will retreat tomorrow! It doesn't matter so much, I just said very harshly, isn't this your problem? She said, yes yes, I'll give you a drink coupon! It's really funny. I don't want to say, she probably fooled it. Then there is no drinking water in the room. When I checked in, I didn't tell us to take the pot to the elevator. We thought that there was no water, so we took the drink voucher and went to the bar below to get a drink, but when we heard that you wanted to use the drink voucher, we said we were closed. We said that there was no water in the room, so we told us to fetch water by ourselves! What’s even more irritating is the breakfast, we ordered breakfast included, because it is a single breakfast, so a person can only order one drink and one breakfast! I added a few hundred yuan more, just two stuttering! If you want something else, you have to add money! An internet celebrity hotel is an internet celebrity hotel, and it's useless except to take photos of them! Really believe in evil and live here! The breakfast buffet at W is delicious!
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! It's very close to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal, and just a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park.
Service: I really have to complain about the service. I booked for four nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't cleaned, even after I specifically reminded the front desk. The cleaning generally was quite sloppy; tea-stained cups weren't replaced, with tea stains clearly visible, and the bathroom faucet was covered in water marks. We were quite surprised to find such service and hygiene standards in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast is à la carte with limited portions, one Western-style breakfast per person, which isn't really suitable for Chinese palates. We asked the hotel if we could cancel breakfast for the last two days, and they replied that it wasn't an issue for the hotel, but since we booked online, we'd need to coordinate with the third-party booking site. Although Trip.com actively tried to mediate, the hotel still refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers.
GGuest UserThe location and environment are decent, but the service definitely needs improvement. We called the front desk five times, and two of our requests were completely forgotten. One was for car retrieval; we waited downstairs for over ten minutes only to find out the front desk hadn't notified the valet. During that time, no one even bothered to ask if we needed assistance. The second was a request for a comb in the evening, which never arrived even by the time we checked out.
There were many staff members in the lobby, but everyone seemed quite apathetic. Perhaps because we are foreigners, they weren't interested in interacting with us. I'd advise anyone looking for a comfortable experience that Brisbane has plenty of better hotel options.

张张The location is convenient, close to the South Bank Park. Fully equipped, it can be fully equipped for washing and drying. Wifi is very good, unlimited use. The shortcoming is that the apartment is located at the intersection, the glass is a single floor, noisy
GGuest UserFantastic location in the city. The room was enormous and really comfortable. Very close to Central Station which was useful for us. We would definitely stay here again when we have a stopover in Brisbane.

FFEIFor breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy.

GGuest UserThis restaurant is in the suburbs of Brisbane. It is very far from the city. It costs $100 to take a taxi. It is inconvenient to buy things. Even taking a taxi is very difficult. If you don’t like to see the scenery, it is recommended not to stay in this hotel
HHAIHONGThe apartment is new, the kitchen and other facilities are complete, there are coles nearby to buy things to cook for themselves. It ’s just that the 407 room we arranged is facing the railway. It ’s a bit noisy to open the balcony door. The door is soundproof when closed.
