"Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting."

"I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter. Thank you."

"Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm."

"The hotel is located at many interesting locations. Masjid Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, Pasar Aceh, souvenir shops, seafood restaurant. The staffs very attentive and accomodating. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Cleanliness is good."

"Rooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable."

"Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest."

"The wifi is not smooth when in the room, while using a phone phone data package, you can't get it in the room. Had to punch in the lobby because there was a work that had to be solved that night too"

"Excellent all round! Breakfast area can be crowded since the restaurant itself is small but the food is great, many selection of white/fried rice/noodle and many dessert options and fruit. Room is cleaned and towel changed daily. 10/10 would not hesitate to book this hotel again."

"The stay completely refreshed my understanding of hotel services! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a spring breeze smile. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip. Details service: free mineral water and snacks are replenished every day, and the bath towels are also actively asked if they need to be replaced; the curtains will be closed and slippers put in the night service. Special needs: due to traveling with the elderly, contact the hotel in advance to arrange a low-floor room, and prepare non-slip in advance when arriving"
