"Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay.
