"This hotel is pretty close to Baiturrahman, a short walking distance. The hotel room is very basic. There is no elevator in this hotel and we have to climb the stairs but we are lucky that we got a room on the first floor. The staff also helped us with our bags, so there was no problem."

"Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament.
