The rooms are spacious, equipped with wifi, cold a/c, kettle, wardrobe and desk plus bedside cupboard, super clean comfy bed and sparkling white linen, big bathroom with hot shower. Water dispenser in every corridor and indoor + outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. Ample secure parkingand super helpful staff - everything you want from a hotel, I highly recommend Plum Hotel."

"Staying in this hotel feels like I found the most strategic ”basecamp” in the middle of the city. Want to go anywhere near—want to find food just walk, want to drink just walk, the room is clean,comfortable,and quite spacious.the mattress is so soft that the intention of getting up early to travel changed to “it’s okay tomorrow” 😴 The service is also friendly, the staff is helpful, so it makes you feel at home. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip. "Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable."
