"The room is small, clean and tidy, but the bathroom is not particularly small, which is enough for a single person to stay for a short stay. The advantage of the hotel is that it is just across the road from the Sanko Bus Center. It is very convenient to take the bus. The location is also good and there are many restaurants around."

"The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money."

"The hotel must be convenient by car, there is no mass transportation nearby, and the location is relatively rural. There is a private hot spring in the room, but the water temperature is often overheated and difficult to adjust. There are a lot of suspended objects in the hot spring, which is a bit disgusting. But the food for dinner was good."

"The lobby, corridor, room, all were clean and clean. The amenities were in the form of getting what you needed at the front desk, and only bath towels and face towels were set in the room from the beginning. Toothbrushes, razors, etc. were available for a few minutes.
You need to leave your room key at the front desk when you go out. If the room was an annex, you had to go to the main building with the front desk and it was a little detour. There was only one room key in each room."

"【アクセス】
メインの大通りから少し入った静かな場所にあります。バス停の「天草市役所」から歩いて10分ほどの場所です。宿にはシェアサイクルのポートがありました。タクシーに乗るほどではないけれど、歩くとちょっと遠いな、と言う場合には便利です。
【部屋】
玄関で靴を脱ぎ、板の間にベッドやテーブルも置かれています。段差があるのでつまずかないように注意が必要。テーブルと椅子はコンパクトに作られており、ちょっとした作業には問題ないが、長時間の仕事ではきついかも。
室内は白いのが印象的で、板の間も心地よく、掃除が行き届いて気持ちよかったです。
【アメニティ】
歯ブラシや化粧水などのアメニティーはフロントからいただくシステム。部屋にパジャマがなかったので、テーブルに置かれていた約款？(ガイド的なもの)を読むと、貸し出し品として記載がありました。チェックインの時に部屋着が必要かどうか一言確認があればいいなと思いました。もしくは部屋に置いておいてもらえれば助かります。
朝食はいただかなかったので、コメントはありません。

If you deliberately pick problems, this hotel may find many shortcomings. But objectively speaking, these so-called shortcomings have actually been reflected in this price.
Integrated tradeoffs, I am willing to give full marks."

"お宿は建物も古く、昔懐かしな雰囲気ですが、清潔にされてます。和洋室にとまりましたが、トイレや水回りはリフォームかな、綺麗で、お部屋も広くて快適でした。眺めは望めませんが少し車で行くとすぐに夕日をみるには最適スポットまでたどり着きます。
お料理は口コミ通り量が多い！！間食は禁物（笑）
お湯は掛け流しで贅沢に使えます。家族湯も待つことなくはいれましたし、女湯も朝夕混むことなく入れました。
次は系列の夢ほたるさんにも行きたいです。
あ、あとアイスの自販機とかないので、夕方までに目の前の商店でアイス買って冷凍庫に入れておくのをオススメします。お風呂あがりに無性にアイス食べたくなったけど、断念しました。"
