"Overall, it is a decent accommodation. The room is clean, very nice, friendly staff. It would be nice to stack up the fridge with free drinking water because I don't think there's a store near the hotel. Be midful that the location is far from town proper. However, Jeep terminal is just right in front of the hotel, which is good. Tip: If u plan on booking here, bring snacky snacks and water. Food delivery is a nice option, tho."

"Would have rated 5 stars for all categories but few honest opinions: 1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then. 2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm. Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing. Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)"

"The Hotel is right next to the Victory Liner bus hub. This was great as that is the way we arrived. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile when I had Internet problems. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice."

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at The Forest Lodge in Baguio! The service was warm and welcoming—special mention to the ever-helpful guards who went above and beyond, assisting us with umbrellas and our bags during the rainy weather. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure all our requests were promptly taken care of, adding to the comfort of our stay. Our room was clean and cozy, though the TV was a bit small and dated, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Nestled inside the serene Camp John Hay, the location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing Baguio getaway. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an up market vibe! You do feel the French European architecture and styling. What let's it down is that there is no Air-conditioner in the rooms. The climate has changed and this is one of the necessary updates needed for the comfort of customers."

And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila ⭐️⭐️ Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊 Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya."

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."
