"Okinawa Hinode Hotel The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Makishi monorail station, with direct access from Naha Airport. It's just a 100-meter walk after exiting the station. The hotel's common areas are fantastic! The restaurant looks spacious and bright, with plenty of seating and beautiful decor, including buffet counters adorned with flowers and lights. The self-service facilities offered by the hotel are incredibly rich, with a coffee machine, various drinks, ice cream, and a popcorn machine! This is a real bonus for family travelers or anyone just wanting to relax at the hotel. The hotel also offers complimentary beer, plum wine, Awamori, and even free late-night ramen, providing excellent value for money! They have children's tableware, making it comfortable and convenient, and with so many free food and entertainment options, it truly feels relaxing and enjoyable."

"Our whole family came to Okinawa Naha. The location was very convenient. We booked two rooms for four people. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was excellent; they answered every question we had. There's a subway nearby, making it very easy to get to all the major attractions. It's quite spacious."

"Hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious, with a modern and minimalist design. The sauna was fantastic, though for the ladies, you may need to wait your turn since the women’s bathroom has only three showers. The location is excellent—right on Kokusai Dori, the main street in downtown Naha, Okinawa—so you can soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. With plenty of restaurants nearby, you’ll definitely eat well. The staff were kind and polite, even going out of their way to recommend a local Japanese restaurant for dinner, which made the stay feel extra special."

"Located very conveniently near Makishi Station, and at the west end of Kokusai Dori. Clean hotel with nice amenities. No gym though. Overall we were ok with the stay here. But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards: 1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip.com via the same booking on the same day.. however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink. From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well. May I suggest Trip.com work with the hotel to state explicitly which room types will / will not be offered this benefit, for clarity. 2) one of the service staff serving welcome drinks at the bar showed a black face when my family member made a request that was fulfilled the day before. The order was grudgingly fulfilled and the server just turned away after putting the drink on the table. That was unprofessional. Hope the hotel can work on their comms and service standards."

"The room and bathroom were tiny, but the hotel's location was excellent, very close to Don Quijote and the Daiichi Makishi Public Market. It was great that the room had disinfectant spray for personal use. The lobby offered a free self-service snack bar, but luggage storage was only allowed until 3 PM. Overall, a good experience."

"The best location! convenient to go around! the room is great love their pillow the most. However, there are two wings side the new renovate one (river wing) and another wing side (station wing) is the old one. we got the old room in station wing but it still acceptable!. still quite clean and doesnt seem old. Staff also very helpul and can speak many languages the room is big and if you choose to not clean each day you will get free ice cream/bed. we had 2 bed so both of us got free ice cream ! they also sell Okinawa Limited coke at vending machine....it really hard to find Overall, We had such a great time and we definitely come back again."

"Fantastic hotel! It's very close to Asahibashi Station and Kokusai-dori Street, with the monorail station right nearby. You can also access the duty-free shop downstairs directly from the hotel. The service is warm and attentive, and the rooms are clean and come with a washing machine. Highly recommend!"

"This is a brand new hotel with an excellent location – right by a shopping mall and just a 2-minute walk from Kokusai Street. However, I think it's probably better suited for short business trips. Even in a larger room, there's absolutely no storage space or anywhere to put clothes. I really don't understand why the design completely lacks wardrobes and desks! What's also very strange is that during my three-day stay in a triple room, they brought new pajamas every single day. It felt like they were just doing it for the sake of it. By the time I checked out, I had nine sets of pajamas! With no space to put any clothes, everything ended up on the floor, which gave me a very poor impression."

"The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Yul Train (monorail), and the hotel is full of clean smell. We love to stay there for it is closed to international market and bus stops where we need to go. However Okinawa has no subway and train to other area, for not driving , it will take few hours for your destination."
