"The room is quite spacious and clean. The hotel location is very close to Dongmun Market about 500m and the bus stop is also very close to the hotel only about 100m away. It is also quite close to the airport about 10 minutes away."

"This hotel is located right above Lotte Duty Free, making the transportation incredibly convenient. Even when we booked day tours, we were always the first stop. Plus, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle – it's a 15-seater on a first-come, first-served basis. And a huge bonus: you don't need a converter for charging, which is really helpful! Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a chain on the bathtub stopper to prevent splashes. As for the pool, it costs around 60 for a swim, but if a child goes, the adult accompanying them also has to pay, essentially making it a two-person charge."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!"

"Old hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed."

"Breakfast was decent. However, the room's cleanliness was a major concern. On the first day, I found a cockroach. I reported it to the front desk, but received no response or apology whatsoever. The shower hadn't been cleaned, as there was still hair in it. The power outlets in the room were also incredibly inconveniently placed, hidden under the vanity. I had to put the kettle on the floor just to boil water. Overall, my experience was pretty average."

"Overall, it's great! The beach is right downstairs, and there are lots of people walking and jogging in the evenings. It's only a 5-minute walk to Dongmen Market and the pedestrian street. The only downsides were that there was no bottled water in the room on check-in day, so we had to buy a large bottle ourselves after dinner. There was also no bath mat, and I almost slipped after showering. The room only had 4 small towels, no large ones (for two of us, it should have been 2 large and 2 small). The next day, we hung the 'do not disturb' sign, but when we returned, there was a large bag hanging on the door with two bottles of water and four towels of various sizes inside."

"Switched from Lotte Hotel Seogwipo to Regent Marine. It was super convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. We were given a room on the top floor with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic watching planes take off and land every day with the ocean in front of us. I remember being really impressed by Ramada and Emart twelve years ago. Regent Marine is about a ten-minute walk to Emart, and across the street is Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Downstairs, there's McDonald's, GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven, all very close by. The duty-free shop and Baojian Road are about a forty-minute bus ride away. The hotel's fried chicken delivery also came with two free drinks, and it tasted great. There were also vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs. A lot of Korean Air flight attendants stay at this hotel. I felt it was a great and convenient stay, plus there's a swimming pool, which made the kids very happy. Highly recommend!!!"

"For solo travelling, it is good enough. The name of this hotel could be new. I can find Hotel Moon in Naver maps but it is not the same address. The room is big and toilet & shower area are separated. Location is not the best but manageable. Additional items like toothbrush or stuff needs to be paid. Instructions on cleaning up the room is not informed and I was told that we need to deposit our card into a box only after they didnt clean up. Overall, it is still clean and located on higher floor if requested. It is very near to the airport."

"Jeju bus terminal stop-beware of the separate blue and green bus stop so you wont missed your bus. Naver map and Tmoney help your journey around Jeju. Mr. Peter, himself, messaged me first through trip.com about the time I will be there at their place, which I was hesitant to do that but luckily, he did and that was surprising. Also, he let me leave my luggage in advance. Staff speaks English well and hospitable. As soon as you check in, staff will provide the stuff you needed for your stay in the room plus the indoor slipper to switch with your outdoor shoes to be placed in the closet at the entrance. NO elevator but the girl staff offered to carry my luggage to the room. There is an area in the 2nd floor for dining—designated place to eat—with microwave, water dispenser, dishes and utensils, fridge and freezer, you can cook and wash your dishes. There is a small area designated for reading/relaxing in the 3rd floor, where the entrance to the rooftop(to watch Hallasan sunset and for 8pm projector movie night). 2nd floor for male guests while 3rd fl for females. Sleeping room(is really for sleeping, no room to stretch only in your bed—is very comfortable with one outlet and a lamp) is separate from the shower area with slippers(washbasin/sink and enclosed shower stalls-body wash & shampoo) from the toilet stalls and from the powder/mirror area with hairdryer. If you have a small to medium luggage, you can store it under the bunkbed. There are lockers in every room (a normal school backpack could fit). Walking distance to Yongduam Rock to Yeongyon Bridge to boardwalk for coastal walks—great cafes to watch waves & landing planes and local resto—to Jungang Shopping Street to Jungang Underground Mall to Dongmun Market. If you like mochi, next door of the Mir is delicious and affordable Jeju Mochi which is priced twice in the airport. Convenience stores (7-eleven next door), chicken&fries and local resto around the corner. Mr. Peter met him during the breakfast. He prepared the breakfast—egg sandwich which comes w/black coffee or orange juice. He is nice and approachable. The Mir Guesthouse’s is designed from the Yongduam Rock, it is cool, clean, and magnificent. Solo traveling is fun—meeting new faces, different nationalities, cultures, and witness the amazing nature’s wonder."
