The first hour after checked in, me and my husband have planned to visit here again. We love the serenity this place offers, although it’s just an hour drive from KL city. "The environment here is great, with a pool and a gym. The hotel also provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend staying here! "The view here is really beautiful — I was lucky enough to get the carpet cloud view, memang cantik sangat especially from my room on the 43rd floor. The room itself was comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels quite premium.
A few things can be improved though. Inside the room, the phone line was almost non-existent and the WiFi was quite weak/slow. Another confusing part is the lift area — once you come out from the elevator, there’s no proper signage or directory showing whether your room is on the left or right side, and no room number guide on each floor, so it can be quite confusing at first.
Parking-wise I can’t comment much since I used the valet service, which was convenient. Breakfast was okay with quite a lot of choices. If you’re paying during walk-in, it’s around RM80 per person.
Overall, still a nice stay mainly because of the amazing view and cool weather."

"We have stayed in this skyworlds hotel before when it was named as theme park hotel. Basically it is a 3 star hotel meant for families. So do not expect high service standards or amenities like a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Best thing about this hotel is next to the theme park and quick access to sky avenue where the main centre of genting highland. Also very close to food outlets and restaurants. As the hotel is near the road, expect vehicle noises throughout the day and night. Also close to the cable car station."

"Stay on: 1st May-3rd May'26#rm4641. The stay had its ups and downs. The biggest drawback was the bathroom — it was extremely small, uncomfortable, and lacked even basic space to change clothes. There was only a single hook outside the bathroom to hang clothing, which made things quite inconvenient.
The room view was also disappointing, facing a concrete canopy slab that felt unattractive.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, which helped make up for some of the shortcomings. Unfortunately, there were no better room options available at the time of booking, so we had to settle for the standard room.
Overall, not the most comfortable stay in terms of room quality, but the great location helped balance the experience."

One downside was the jacuzzi, which takes quite a long time to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning for the water to become properly hot, so it’s not suitable if you plan to use it immediately.
There are a few F&B outlets downstairs, making it easy to get food nearby.
The parking fee was confusing — we were charged RM20 even though the signboard showed RM10. We parked around 2:30 PM and checked out at 10 AM the next day, so clearer pricing would help.
Another issue was transport. It was not convenient — we tried booking Grab for about 10 minutes, but no drivers accepted our ride from Antara to First World.
Overall: Comfortable stay with good environment and facilities, but improvements needed for jacuzzi heating, parking clarity, and transport accessibility."

"This hotel is located at further up and much higher ground than the Genting Highland l& Arena of Stars area. To access to this hotel you have to use another road leading to Ion Delemen side but the road going uphill and downhill is just one narrow road uphill and one narrow road downhill. The roms are clean but the hotel lift is very slow.
This hotel is more like a service apartment instead of a actual hotel, the facilitate provided are also like service apartment type. It is written that is a 5 star hotel but actually it is not a 5 star hotel but a service apartment. Not much facilities and restaurant at the hotel site. But this hotel have heavy traffic of guest staying each night ya"

MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

AAnnLsyGood for family with young kids. The facilities is friendly to kids. Warm water pool and lawn for kids to run. Few restaurants inside the resorts. You can also drive out to nearby Gohtong Jaya, lots of choices.
Cleanliness is well maintained. Although there are some minor need to be improved. But overall acceptable.
Staff are friendly.
There is hot and cold water dispenser. So no need to worry about making milk for babies and young kids. Electric kettle in room but we no use.

Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

AAnonymous UserWe had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked.
We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason.
Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra.
To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out.
Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless.

The hotel was near with genting skyworld while need to walk around 10 to 15 minutes through the shopping area to get to the indoor theme park. The parking was not included. You need to pay max RM11 parking for a day. Breakfast buffet was so satisfying.
