"Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a ”tall” order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

"The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our request, truly elevating the hospitality experience. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a newly refurbished 2-bedroom suite, having the extra space made our stay so much more comfortable. Huge thanks to the front desk for the unexpected surprise—their hospitality is truly top-tier. Just one small improvement - the spotlights at the street make the rooms too bright for sleep. I would suggest the hotel management to consider to install thicker black out curtains."

"The room is as what was advertised - body and hair shampoo provided. Room is clean. Towels are clean but you can see they are abit worn out. I am not complaining given the price we pay. There are 2 hotel reserved parking lots and we have been lucky to be able to utilise them while we were there for 3 days 2 nites stay. Staff are helpful. We stayed on level 2 - the highest level. However, on Sat night, very late at night, maybe in the wee hours, we could hear furnitures being moved and dragged above us. The hotel may want to avoid such furniture move during these hours so as not to disturb the sleeping time of their guests"

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

"Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔 Generally, recommended for a short stay. 😊"

"this a a new built building. The unit design is medium upper range of design. Provide relatively higher end or quality of fixtures, furniture and even utensils. There are also about 3-4 floors of shops, playground and assorted restaurants. Location is also quite strategic. walking south there are Chinese temples and walking north towards Genting Highlands Theme Park and Casinos. Checked in process and guide given is clear and easy. There are only two little small issues during my stay. once is living room ceiling fan is having some noise and second is master bathroom hot water suddenly off during shower."

"We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere."

"Genting Highlands is a fantastic summer escape. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they're still quite comfortable and clean. The staff are very efficient. First World Hotel at Genting is definitely worth a stay."

"This place is brand new place, all facilities are new and well maintained. Check in process is smooth, just go to your designated tower, show ur unit no to security & he will show you where to collect access card. swimming pool is heated pool, got huge trampoline for kids at tower C..arcade room, bowling room. Arghhh!! Just come please! Have a wonderful short escape to beautiful place + freezing cold weather 🥶 tak menyesal! Bonus if you could come on non-peak seasons!"
