"Room wise, it was surprisingly a good stay. Although the facilities are a bit outdated, the bed and toilets are all tidy and clean. The hotel counter are helpful with queries and requests. However, maybe we visited on weekdays, so there were not many events or activities during the evenings, making it really quiet. Food choices were somewhat limited as well. Overall, the cool weather and peaceful surroundings made it a decent place to visit."

However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."
