"Everything was smooth and perfect. Booked a room 11th-hour due to a close friends wedding and they were extremely hospitable! Clean room, lots of products to use, and safe access using keycards. My only issue is that the wifi goes in and out, which crazy enough, cuts off while in the room and mostly available at ground floor and my other issue is that the breakfast buffet involved becomes moot by 8am. They informed us it goes from 6am-10am but We arrived at 830am and almost everything is gone. You just got to help yourself with the egg omelette maker. Place was clean, check in and check out was smooth, and they take tap pay which makes everything convenient. Congrats to the newly weds CharI and Alfi!"

"I actually really like this hotel. Its location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and close proximity to the airport. However, this stay was a bit disappointing. When I checked in, the front desk informed me that the hotel's central water heater was out of order, and I appreciate them letting me know upfront – that's good service. But I stayed for three nights and had no hot water for showers for all three. That's a deal-breaker for me."

"The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets! The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk."

"Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. "The hotel location is conveniently located, many restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the vicinity. The front desk staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I don’t like in this hotel is the slow speed of the internet and you have to reconnect to their WiFi every time you came from outside."
