"Добрый день! Только что вернулись из данного отеля. Перед поездкой читала много отзывов о Green Max и, честно говоря, ожидала худшего. Номера - да, требуют обновления ( особенно ванная комната+ маловато света в комнате и ванной, недостаточно розеток), но всё не совсем критично, если для вас это не главное. В комнете, тем не менее, чисто, тихо ( жили в корпусе Zeus), убирали каждый бень, минибар пополнялся. Еда не скажу, что очень уж разнообразная, но и не скудная, блюда по вкусу найти всегда можно и голодными уж точно не останетесь. Тем более, что в отеле много точек питания в течение всего дня. Алкогольные напитки среднего качества: пробовали красное, белое, розовое вино, мартини, пиво - нормально, а вот шампанское не понравилось. Персонал очень понравился - все вежливые, приветливые, очень много трудятся, всё чётко организовано, так что менеджменту отеля - 5 баллов. Территория отеля очень зелёная, красивая, цветущая, за ней постоянно ухаживают. Всё грамотно распланировано -молодцы. Анимация активная ( и днём, и вечером), молодёжи скучно не будет. Много всего для детей ( отдельная зона бассейна, водные горки, мини клуб, небольшая детская площадка). Море - главное, за чем мы ехали и что в этом отеле великолепно, особенно в первой половине дня, когда нет волн. А вот организация лежаков на пляже не понравилась - стоят очень плотно друг к другу, никакой приватности, приходилось занимать возле бассейна, там гораздо больше возможности для уединения, хотя часто слишком громко гремела музыка. В итоге отдых понравился, считаю, что цена/ качество очень хорошие. Отель советую, если с самого начала иметь адекватные ожидания."

"Заселили в первый блок около дороги, поэтому шумно. Вай фай в номере, приятно, посмотрела сериал, в 460. Завтрак понравился, бассейн есть, в 10 минутах от «Земли легенд», рядом а101 продуктовый. До пляжа добирались на такси, хороший песчаный пляж и парковая Зона с детской площадкой. На одну ночь было отлично за небольшую плату. Но для более долгого пребывания предпочли бы не слышать шум дороги."

"We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it."

"The hotel area is not very large but well-planned and well-used. In winter it is better to settle mainly in the building. In various types of bungalow is quite cool. The choice of food was not impressive. The spa area and fitness are very decent. The contingent of holidaymakers at this time is mainly Europeans - Germans, English, Poles, Belgians ..."

"We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. It's great that they accept pets."

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Rezeptionistin (sie trug eine Brille), die immer sehr herzlich und lächelnd war. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Sauberkeit auf hohem Niveau. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber abgesehen davon war alles perfekt. Nächstes Jahr werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ❤️“"

"I have been going for 5 years but this year I was not satisfied. The hotel is very good, the service, the staff, the lifeguards, the cleanliness are all top notch but the quality of the staff has decreased. Some people enter the pool after 7 o'clock and some people wear tops. I can't even tell you what I saw in the pool at 3 am. I have been going to this hotel for 5 years and I will not think about it again. People yelling at 3 am and drunk people. The quality has unfortunately decreased. It doesn't suit the hotel. They weren't accepting guests without women, they are now accepting anyone they can. The DJ keeps playing the same songs over and over again but I still say the staff and service are all top notch."

"It was a very nice experience. The aqua park section is very nice and sufficient. Ms. Olga is a perfect host in guest relations. I definitely recommend it as an all-inclusive hotel. It is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would not normally repeat the hotel, I would like to be different, but I am thinking of going to this hotel again. The hotel had everything."
