"The Mall listed in the building was not in business. The gym and the swimming pool was functioning ok. The small business centre was misused as meeting room for prolong period when we didn’t have a chance to use the computer. The views are fantastic. Location isn’t the best but thankfully we could drive around."

"Hotel is ok, and price reasonable. Only thing is no smoking hotel but seem full of smoke smell. I’ve told the reception but they said they can’t control some guest smoking in the room and ignored hotels rules. My room is city view, breakfast average with the city view too."

"My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again. Van service via Trek app can request to pick up at Avilla apartment and drop off at LRT Kinrara BK5 Station. Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues."

"Went for a concert near Bukit Jalil, the location was great as it was near Kinrara LRT with just 5 minutes walking distance. Take LRT for another 5 stations would reach the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Good for those going to concert. Plenty of parking space available and restaurants or Family Mart available at the same row. Speak of disadvantages, the sound proofing was not good, i could heard speaking noise from room beside and corridor, door closing sound. Also no enough amenities was provided."

"My trip to Malaysia was fantastic! Getting around by electric train is cheap and the network is extensive. The food is delicious, incredibly diverse, and very affordable. Accommodation options are clean and reasonably priced, with plenty of choices for different budgets. There are so many attractions to see, like the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and the vibrant Bukit Bintang area. I definitely want to come back and explore everything!"

It became our morning ritual. • Pack a white noise app if you’re light sleepers — city sounds are minimal, but it helped the kids stay asleep through the night. • Consider booking a larger room or adjoining rooms if you’ve got older kids — the space is decent, but with teens, it might get a little tight"
