We frequently see rabbits, deer, turtles, frogs, little snakes, and so much more. We love to watch the birds in the trees from the porch, and some nights you can see the fireflies light up the trees. The chorus of peaceful sound never ends, with birds chirping in the morning and frogs croaking at night. Our recreational acre pond features a central floating fountain. Three kayaks and a pedal boat are provided, as well as a small selection of life jackets. Grass carp, blue gill, and bass live in the pond as well and will follow you around the edge. The views of the pond are beautiful during every season, and the fall colors are simply spectacular out here! *New* Catch and release fishing now open in our stocked recreational pond!Though there's plenty of hunting nearby, we do not allow hunting at the property. It is a rather wild woodsy lot, so keep your eyes out for poison ivy and bring your bug spray and sunscreen. Remember to bring all personal items inside at night, as the raccoons might steal your shoes if you leave them out. (Yes, it has happened before!)Tent camping is considered around the pond, and the set up would be perfect for a group of scouts, family reunion, girls' weekend, yoga retreat, or more! Weddings and other events will be considered on a case by case basis but must be pre-approved and cannot be booked through a third party, and all camping and event fees must be paid prior to check in.WATER SUPPLY noteThe Kingsville Lodge runs on a well system with a new 2,000 gallon underground cistern backup system that will allow plenty of water for daily use even for groups; however, we do not allow guests to run the hose for any reason, as this could drain out your water supply and cause you quite an inconvenience. We do ask that groups over 12 try to conserve water during their stay by refraining from doing extra laundry or filling the indoor jacuzzi tubs.LOCATIONJust an hour east of Cleveland and only 7.5 miles south of Lake Erie, the Kingsville Lodge is ideally situated near many popular vacation destinations. We are deep in Ohio's wine country, known as the Grand River Valley, home to over 30 wineries and where more than half of Ohio's grapes are grown. And if you're looking for something else to do, daily events in the area range from baby goat cuddle time and trivia night to bar crawls and live music. We have many annual summer festivals, including the Ashtabula Harbor Beach Glass Festival in June, the Wine and Walleye Festival in July, the D-Day Reenactment in August, and the Geneva Grape Jamboree in September, to name a few. This bedroom has an attached 5 piece bath with XL shower and plenty of closet space and a smart TV. 2) The second bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV, a full bathroom right next to it in the hall. 3) The third bedroom (13'x13') has another queen bed , 32" smart tv and full attached bathroom. There is also a twin size blow up mattress and kids pack and play. Sheets provided for both. All bathrooms provide a hairdryer, towels and wash clothes. The condo also provides games for all ages! Lake Erie Vista is across the street from Indian Creek Campground (Sun Resorts) which offers a convenient store, mini golf course, ice cream stand and the Loft for sports watching, food and drinks. Lake Erie Vista Rules for Guests and Homeowners: Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety:  No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.  The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:  *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach.  *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety:   No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool  *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use.
