All perfect, from room to service we felt immediately in a comfortable place. All super clean and comfortable. The only sin is that so many ants in the common area, which is beautiful, so take a repellent to ants and you will see that you love your stay.

It's the second time I come and I love it. The staff of maintenance, cleaning and coffee makers are 10, perhaps in the reception were a little colder and I don't understand the guest policy very well, no one can come to visit you passing beyond the reception. The hostel is great, the beds and the location.

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

I found this apartment in good location near to a big mall and bus center which goes to deferent cities from Cancun and the cleaners were very friendly and the manager is also a very good person, the only problem in this season mosquitoes which bites us and not feel comfortable. The AC was working well and small swinging pool water is changing regularly 👌 . Finly found it very good 👍 .

Breakfast was edible, and you can order omelets, quesadillas, waffles, etc. separately and leave a $1 tip. The air conditioner smells moldy, but it smells everywhere in Cancun. The room was squeaky, the bathtub was clean, and the pool was nice. I recommend it. It's great because you can walk to a good restaurant in 15 minutes and a supermarket in 8 minutes, and you can also take the ADO bus. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired.

The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time.

Suitable for a one or two night stay, the room is small and the bathroom is cramped. The basic facilities are complete and clean. The location is convenient, there is a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, and there is a one-day tour counter in the lobby. There is a gas station in the mall opposite, a car rental company next to it, and the surrounding restaurants are also very good. But it is still quite far to the beach, and it costs nearly 100 RMB to take a taxi

The location is quiet in the middle of the city. It is through the cross alley of the souvenir shop to the city center. There is no lift. The stairs are easy to walk. The room is large. The activities are comfortable. There are desks and combing. We live for three people. The combing opened the bed for us in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was polite. So we stayed for one more night. There is a discount compared to cash, only 1200 pesos, is really great value, the bathroom has a clothes rope, a refrigerator and a microwave oven, which is very convenient.

The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is a fast hotel with good value for money. The breakfast is OK. The room is relatively simple. It is suitable for people who are new to the city and want to see the downtown area or people who want to join a group trip. There is a local travel agency store next door, which is very convenient. It is close to ADO The station is relatively close, and there are several restaurants nearby that are OK
